You can enjoy the sunrise and sunset on the balcony or even inside the house while eating a delicious meal or drinking your favorite drink. The house has a panoramic view of the beach of Nazaré, Funicular, Promontório(Mountain) and a general view of the village. All divisions have windows. In 10 minutes you are at the bathing beach. Well located house. In 2022 the house was renovated.

Classified as a national monument, this emblematic Peniche windmill over the decades since 1895 for agricultural and industrial use.
