We booked this place for a weekend getaway with friends, and it was such a memorable experience! Check-in was a breeze. Ate Grace was very accommodating and patiently waited for all of us to arrive, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The house itself was spacious, clean, and perfect for bonding. Everything we needed was available, from kitchen essentials to comfortable lounging areas. The highlight for us was definitely the heated pool, we spent hours just relaxing and enjoying each other's company. There was a minor hiccup with the wifi (Globe was down that weekend), but they provided a backup. The signal was a bit weak, but honestly, it didn’t bother us much since we were there to enjoy each other’s company and the lovely surroundings. Overall, highly recommended if you’re looking for a cozy and relaxing spot with friends. Would love to come back!

Our stay here is absolutely amazing. The kids and the adults enjoyed their pool so much. The location is peaceful and quiet. Beds are comfortable. Sir Bernard is responsive to our needs. The place was clean; the kitchen was super. Everything we need, this place can provide.

Our family had an enjoyable stay at A.J's place Darlaston House. It was very chill and relaxing as if we're at home. The place is near and just walking distance from Serin ayala mall. They provide filtered water so no need to bring water container, they also have towels. I love their big TV with youtube and netflix, you can binge watch. Our dogs also enjoyed they stay as the place is spacious and they can run around. Ate Merle, the caretaker was so accommodating and explains everything when we arrive. Ms. Nellie the cohost also reach out and made sure we're good. This place is very recommended, we will surely come back and probably book 2 night next time.

We had a great stay. I requested for firewood for the bonfire and the host gladly provided it for us. Unfortunately, it rained during our stay and we were not able to use it. The place is exactly how it looks on the pictures. Everything is working and the furnitures are great and comfortable. Hope we can come back another time after the rainy season. We definitely recommend this place.

Host is responsive and nice as well as Kuya Kirk. The location is peaceful, accessible and spacious - good for family staycations. plus points for parking, no need to worry for those with car. definitely SULIT.

I have 0 complaints about the place or host very helpful friendly the place looked great better than my expectations and they were high if i have anything to maybe complain about it would be the distance from civilization which is like a 30 to 40 mins walk but i wanted a secluded place so it comes with the territory so i would advise renting a car or finding a trustworthy tuktuk driver and getting their number to help move around i would post the driver number i found but don't want to expose him online if you guys want ask any tuk tuk driver for Neptalie and once you meet him say Fernando sent you he is a very honest man charged me and my friends 3 times less for the same journey some drivers charged me and my friends.

We had a great stay. The best private pool. Very clean rooms specially the bathrooms. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and good ac. Love the place, so peaceful and private. Host is very attentive and accommodating. Caretakers are kind & friendly. They are only 1 text away whenever we needed something. Complete amenities. Will surely go back. 👍🏼

We had a wonderful out-of-town getaway at this villa! It was incredibly spacious and comfortably fit all 23 of our family members. The place is beautifully and tastefully decorated, giving it a relaxing and cozy feel. We especially loved the communal areas—they were perfect for bonding and spending quality time together. Whether we were swimming, doing karaoke, or playing sports, there was always something fun to do. It was also private, and staff is there to help us settle in. Highly recommended for large groups or family gatherings. We had a great time and recommend it to anyone looking to have an easy escape out of Manila.

We really enjoyed our 6 night stay at the villa. The views are amazing from the bedrooms and living areas and pool. We took advantage of the warm pool everyday. We cooked all meals there and the kitchen facilities were more than ample. The villa was clean and the beds and linens comfortable for a good nights sleep. The A/C worked well. The karaoke and Netflix were awesome to use. The entire staff on hand were great and responsive. My only issue although stated within the rules somewhere that although you have ‘access’ to the entire villa you don’t. We were an adult family of 8 people. And though there are 4 bedrooms you are only allocated 3 up to 12 persons. This forces you to share with others. If you want the extra room you have to pay 4,000 pesos per night. I find this displeasing especially when our stay cost us about $400 US a night. So I don’t understand the reasoning behind it. Also the checkin was not until 5 pm. But overall we enjoyed our stay and best views!

This is the perfect place if you're looking for privacy. The location is clean, bathrooms and beds were prepared. Kitchen has complete items for basic cooking. No videoke music. The dogs were all cute and friendly!

The property is really clean, just like in the pictures. The house feels like home. The airconditiong is very comfortable. We stayed in the bedroom downstairs, it was very spacious, with walk-in closet and plenty of drawers. I love the chandeliers and the bathroom walls. The gas stove and the cooking area by the pool is very practical, it made food prep easy. The swimming pool is good size for our group, it can be heated for extra fee. The caretaker, Obet, is helpful.

Our family had an amazing stay at Serra’Nia Abode—what a gorgeous villa with a sleek, modern design! The glass front let in tons of natural light and showcased beautiful Tagaytay views, making it a perfect retreat. My only issue was the overall brightness; the window coverings on the first floor weren’t enough to tone it down, so I had to wear shades indoors to stay comfortable. If you’re sensitive to light like me, you might want to check if they’ve added more shading options. Still, it’s a stunning spot for a relaxing getaway!

The place is super accessible, we did not have any issues finding its location at all. What you see is what you get. Photos in the listing were pretty accurate and also with the amenities provided. We booked the place because it’s pet friendly and from our experience its really pet friendly. Pet’s are allowed in all of the areas, but please do your due diligence as responsible pet owners and pickup after your pet’s mess. 🙂 We were not able to use the bonfire and the outdoor projector because of the rain and unfortunately, their internet provider was down during our stay (no worries though, as mobile data signal was strong) and we even had an incident were the water stopped working the next day but I’m glad to report that Jean and the care takers were super helpful and responsive in both of those incidents and they are prepared with their backup plans incase their utility service is down. Overall we had a great time at Jean’s listing, it was a short and sweet escape. We’ll be back. ☺️

The place is spacious and can easily accommodate a big group. There were 12 of us and we felt very comfortable. There’s plenty of parking, big rooms, and the kitchen has everything we needed. The pool was also a good size for our group. Just a heads up: since it’s in the province, there are quite a few insects around the pool area, which is expected. But overall, the amenities were great, especially the karaoke. It was a perfect spot for bonding with family and friends.

Barako house was a great property to stay in. We enjoyed the peace and quiet, and the kitchen is well-equipped with amenities to cook in and dine with loved ones. The pool was lovely and it allowed us to destress. Would recommend to friends!

Had a great stay here. Peaceful and private. Check-in was smooth and easy. Both the host and the caretaker were super nice and very responsive. They were very attentive to our needs. The place looked exactly like the photos listed here. The experience was 100/10, definitely a gem 💎✨

We had a lovely stay at Tanya's place. We really enjoyed the pool and there was enough space for a large number of guests. It was also easy to find using Waze. We experienced minor hiccups such as a later check-in as the place was not yet ready when we arrived 5 minutes before check-in time. There was also a delay in serving merienda and drinking water. However, the overall service was good and the resident caretaker was very apologetic. They made it up with the quality of the food we ordered. We especially loved the lomi, okoy, and pugon roasted chicken. We also appreciate that there was a massage service being offered. Both food and massage need to be ordered/booked in advance. Tanya's place is perfect for those seeking quiet and peace with friends and family.

We had an excellent stay at Cristina's place. The home was spacious, modern and in a great location. Communication was smooth ans check-in was super easy. May need some general cleaning in some spots like the bathrooms but no biggie. The space and the pool made a big difference. Overall we enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay! Hazel is such a warm and hospitable host—super friendly and even joined my mom for a fun karaoke session (which was such a highlight!). We stayed for 2 days and had the entire property to ourselves, which made it feel really special and private. This trip was a gift for my parents and brother, and I’m so happy they genuinely felt relaxed and like they were on a real vacation. Everything was smooth and comfortable from start to finish. Big thanks to Hazel for making this trip so memorable!
