If you don’t want to drive it’s close to the trolley that takes you all over the county; downtown, shopping, convention center, and stadiums. 10 minutes from downtown San Diego, 25 min to beaches, and 45 min to the mountains. Great value for 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Beautiful home with solar power and filtered water. Central air and central heat make your stay very comfortable. Pet free. Parking in the driveway and the trolley close by. Sorry, but no large gatherings or parties. 10 people at one time is maximum capacity during the day. 8 at night if on reservation. I live on the property in a granny flat above the garage so I will know. Two cameras out front also.
