Cabin in Lyngen

Welcome to beautiful Lyngen. Here you can relax with a fire in the fireplace or with a fire outside. From this fine cabin you have a unique hiking terrain and you can go straight from the cabin on skis into the Lyngsalpene. There are several well-known top tours nearby. The cabin also offers unique conditions for experiencing the northern lights. The cabin has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 10 people. There is a long table for good meals, sauna and jacuzzi (use of jacuzzi is agreed separately and costs extra). The cabin is located 1.5 hours from Tromsø, including the ferry.

Our modern, well-equipped home sits right by the sea with breathtaking mountain views, surrounded by pristine Arctic nature. Spot reindeer, otters, moose, or even whales, and watch the Northern Lights from the porch. Steps away, enjoy a panoramic sauna by the water. A traditional BBQ hut is available as an optional rental. This is our beloved home, and many guests tell us they fall in love with it too. Few places blend comfort and wilderness like this. We never tire of it—and hope you will, too.

The area has fantastic views of the Lyng Alps, with opportunities to see the northern lights in winter and the midnight sun in summer. There are good hiking opportunities in the immediate area. Popular mountains for randonees. From the property you can go directly up to Storhaugen. Sorbmegáisá is also nearby. Short distance to other mountains. Wood fired Sauna and grill hut. Bicycles, snowshoes. Beds are fully made.

Authentic and romantic lodge originally built of timber and used for the first time back in 1850 as housing for as many as 10 persons. Situated between the sea and the forest and with the northern light as only light in the dark season this might be the perfect place to enjoy North of Norway. Lyngen is one of the world's most beautiful and undisturbed Arctic regions. From this exclusive cabin you can enjoy the northern lights in the winter and the midnight sun in the summer. The cabin is by itself, with a spectacular view. You can hear and see the ocean from the terrace. You need to walk up 140 stairs to the cabin, or walk the access road. You can be a bit shocked by the steepness, but it's worth it :) You can not drive up so you have to be a bit sporty to rent this place.

Here you can enjoy the amazing northern lights in the dark season and the beautiful midnight sun in the summer. The cottage is decorated for relaxing days in rural surroundings.
