Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Leon County

Steve’s place was just as it was pictured in his listing and clean. He was very communicative and friendly. We ran into a slight scheduling snafu at the end of our trip and he was flexible to work with us on our check-out time. Quiet neighborhood. About 10 minutes from FSU campus.

The condo was in perfect condition and just as it was advertised. I thought it was closer to downtown when I made the reservation, but it was only a 13 min drive so it was not too bad. They have coffee and supplies for their guests and the development was quiet during our stay. I recommend some hangers in the closets and a blow dryer but other than that, it was very well stocked.

My son attended FSU summer camp and it was our first time staying in Tallahassee. After a hotel fail, we quickly found this property available for the exact time we needed. Host was quick to respond, friendly. Property is super close to FSU (10 min) .quiet and peaceful neighborhood. I appreciate the availability and great response. We highly recommend this property and we will be back next year! Great stay!

The cottage is comfortable and well appointed, so that it does a lot in a small space. I enjoyed my stay very much. Jim is a gracious and responsive host.

Out of all the air bnbs I stayed in this one was definitely my favorite! I absolutely loved it . It was so nice , spacious , superrrrr clean , quiet neighborhood, close to a lot of restaurants , stores and clubs if you like to hangout . She was so friendly and understanding, responded quickly and was available at any time. She was very detailed with the instructions. House definitely felt like I was at home . The bed was so comfortable. Neighborhood was peaceful and quiet . This place is 100000/10 I highly recommend anybody booking.

I had a very nice stay at Kim‘s property. It had very nice decor and it was very accommodating for all the guest that were there. Everyone had their own large enough private space in the home. The gathering space with the living and dining area was just perfect for our group to get together and have fun. There was excellent games and activities. We enjoyed the outdoor space for barbecuing and relaxation. Kim is the best host! She is very easy to communicate back-and-forth and she wanted to make sure that we all had a wonderful time experiencing her home. We will consider staying here again. I recommend it highly for your stay.

We were in town for a soccer tournament and decided to book a home instead of the normal hotel rooms. The home was just what we needed after a long day at the fields; beautiful views, inviting home with everything we needed, and a comfortable peaceful atmosphere that made winding down easy. We will be back next season!

My stay was so awesome, had a little hiccup on the code to the door, but it was my fault and my hose came right on out and fixed it. I would definitely definitely book again five stars.

This house was a perfect place to host my family during a busy weekend at FSU. The house has many special qualities and my family and I were honored to stay in such a beautiful home surrounded by nature. I would DEFINITELY stay here again and look forward to our next trip. Clean, comfy and quiet. Close to FSU and good coffee at Ology. Also, walking distance to tennis/pickleball court! Safe area, would recommend

Private, cozy, and the accommodations were perfect! My only warning is it is within a lot of trees so if critters scare you easily just prepare yourself! :D loved it regardless.

This was our second stay with Philip and it was nothing short of amazing! He is hands down one of the best hosts you could ever ask for and his home and garden felt like our own for our 2 week stay. Highly recommended!

Brad’s place was super cute, looks just like pics. It’s a newer listing for him and there were a couple of issues but he immediately responded and handled appropriately. I would say it is a great place for a short stay, especially if you’re coming in for any FSU activities because it’s super close and easy to walk to. Brad is a great host, very friendly, always quick to respond, and flexible with check in and out to meet our needs. I would definitely rent from him again.

I didn't have any need to communicate with the host, checkin was easy. The place might have been walkable but didnt look appealing to walk. It had everything you need including soap, shampoo, etc which was great. It felt slightly cookie cutter, but overall a good value. Beds were comfortable and thats important.

Apartment was very clean and spacious. Host was friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend!!

Kelly was great! She was very proactive, and her place was perfectly located! Easy to get to and steps from the stadium! We were visiting for my daughter's orientation to FSU, so we did not spend much time at the place, but the beds were so comfy, the parking lot was well-lit and the snacks were much appreciated! I have stayed at this location twice and both times were a amazing. I've also stayed at another one of Susan's place. She is so wonderful and her units are SO clean and comfortable. The beds are great and she make the homes so inviting. She is a dream to communicate with - so responsive and so sweet. She is the perfect host and her rentals are the perfect place to stay!! Thank you Susan for being you and giving us a great experience while in Tally!
