Holiday rentals with a patio in Leon

We really enjoyed our stay at Piero’s place! The staff was very helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable, and is within walking distance to everything in Leon. We would come again!

Nice studio since the bedroom is separated from the kitchen by a wall. great place close to two restaurants and the Carretera al Sur groceries outlets. large parking space, felt very safe. The place is clean and eveything works. Geraldine is friendly and helpful. strongly recommended.

it was a brand new apartment, beautiful decor. I would definitely live there, far from the center of town, but it's definitely walkable.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Unterkunft, konnten gut abschalten von dem stressigen Alltag mitten in der Natur und doch mitten im Leben von den Einheimischen. So lernt man die Kultur am besten. Zum Strand sind es nur paar Minuten, und zum unsere Frühstück Lokal (BlackPlaya) auch, ist noch leider nicht auf Google maps vermerkt aber es lohnt sich. Morgens wird man von Sonnenaufgang und Vögel zwitschern geweckt, sowie es kann sein das auch ne Kuh oder Pferde plötzlich da stehen :) Für uns war es eine tolle Abwechslung um Ruhe zu genießen. Danke:) Wir empfehlen es herzlich weiter.

We had an absolutely fantastic time during our stay at this charming little apartment. Surrounded by peaceful trees, it provided the perfect balance of comfort and modern amenities. The location itself was breathtaking, making it stand out among other places we've stayed. The cleanliness was impeccable, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere throughout our visit. it's a beautiful oasis of nature and peace. The apartment is spacious, clean, private but with lots of natural light, the bed was comfy and the bathroom clean, the A/C worked perfectly but to be honest with such amazing weather you barely need it, the location climate is amazing. The host was friendly, gracious and welcoming, however she gave us our space while making herself available to us if needed, bottom line we felt right at home. My partner and I spent a great night there and we feel it is the perfect place for a getaway, next time we'll spend more time.

Salvador accommodated my families special requests to help us feel more safe and secure. He even let us check in a little early which was very helpful. And he left a few water bottles in the fridge which were delightful to have upon arrival. Salvador did provide extra towels in each bedroom which was nice to have. Body soap was provided in each bathroom which is appreciated. He left salt and sugar for use in the kitchen which was also appreciated. The blankets and beds were comfortable. There’s lots of neighborhood cats and dogs which the kids loved to see. The A/C units were amazing and very luxurious to have at an extra cost.

Allan’s place was what I saw on the pics, very nice house, clean and well maintained. Easy to find, super easy to check in, Allan was very attentive all the time that I had a question or concern. Thank you Allan, I’ll be back in May for sure.

Such a peaceful place to stay. The location is great with lots of restaurants to choose from. The sunsets by the beach are simply beautiful. Everyone (different age groups) enjoyed the place. Our expectations were met. Thank you for accommodating us.

Our stay in Nicaragua, especially in this home and neighborhood, was absolutely amazing! From check-in to check-out, Cliff and his team were incredibly attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. The place was spacious, comfortable, and felt very safe. There was a beautiful breakfast spot right in front of the house, and plenty of great restaurants nearby—everything was within a super convenient distance. Highly recommend!
