Willkommen in unserer stilvollen Ferienwohnung – ideal für Familien, Gruppen und Freunde. Die 2022 fertiggestellte Unterkunft bietet auf ca. 170 m² modernen Wohnkomfort. Euch erwarten ein großzügiger, offener Wohn- und Essbereich mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, vier separate Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder sowie ein Schlafsofa für zwei weitere Gäste. Platz für bis zu 10 Personen. Highlight ist der helle Wohnbereich mit hoher Decke, offenem Fachwerk und verglastem Tennentor mit Blick auf den Dorfplatz.

Unsere vier Einraumwohnungen Kastanie, Ahorn, Linde und Birke verbinden historischen Herbsthausen Charme mit moderner Leichtigkeit. Alle Wohnungen sind absolut unterschiedlich und von uns liebevoll modernisiert. In der Kastanie finden zwei bis 4 Personen Platz. Die Wohnungen sind Teil von "Herbsthausen", ein Kulturprojekt im wunderschönen Gartow. Wir sanieren ein historisches Sägewerk zu einem Zukunftsort für Kunst, Industriekultur, Wohnen, Arbeiten, internationalen Austausch und Erholung.

In the middle of the forest, on a clearing, 3 km from the beautiful town of Gartow, lies our special retreat. If you are looking for peace and quiet in nature and value simplicity and goodness, this is the place. The old half-timbered building, a former stable, was renovated with high quality and sustainably with natural materials. Clay plaster on the walls and the wood-burning stove guarantee an excellent indoor climate, and the walk to the wood-fired sauna promises absolute relaxation!

The house is located 500 m from Lake Arendsee on the edge of the quiet bungalow estate. 5 min walk to Lake Arendsee, so absolutely close to the lake. The tiny house has a total of 44 sqm plus sauna (extra charge). It is fully equipped with a kitchenette, dishwasher, oven and stove, dining table and a cozy living room corner with smart TV. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the house. The house is cozy and open with large windows. It is heated with modern underfloor heating.

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The house & barn of the listed 3-sided courtyard are built in oak half-timbering. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the lime trees are pruned, the house can be seen in all its splendor. From May onwards, it slowly disappears behind shady foliage, and so remains wonderfully cool throughout the summer...
