Holiday rentals with beach access in Les Anses-d'Arlet

Our stay went wonderfully well! The view from our terrace was superb, and the beach was just a few steps from our accommodation. We also appreciated all the little extras made available to us: cooler bag, beach towels, mask and snorkel, inflatable mattress with pump — all of which proved to be very practical during the week. The bakery close by was a real plus: we went there almost every morning for our croissants, chocolates and fresh sandwiches. A memorable stay, thank you again!

Absolutely beautiful stay!! Everything was perfect: a breathtaking view of the Diamond and the Morne Larcher with the infinity pool, a spacious, clean and comfortable accommodation, a large very pleasant terrace. Quiet residence. Yannis was very responsive to each of our messages and heard back from us during the stay. We're so glad we had our vacation at your place! We highly recommend it! A PERFECT stay. Very high quality hosts; super welcoming and present as needed to help us organize our trip. Very good time spent together and especially an idyllic decor. Big + for the salt pool, very pleasant; the view and the vegetation of the garden, exotic; as well as an ideal location to make the most beautiful coves of our stay. I recommend 110% away.

I have to agree with all the previous reviews. Corinne’s place is spectacular just as in the pictures. Great pool and great place overall. Corinne is also very attentive to your needs or questions. Would definitely recommend the place !

The apartment is incredible, located on top of a hill and on the 2nd and top floor, it allows you to have an incredible view of the bay of Fort de France. The location is perfect for going to the beach, restaurant, supermarket, gas station, and as a starting point for excursions to other visits on the island. It is air-conditioned and we were not disturbed by mosquitoes. We'll be back with great pleasure!

A great place to stay. The view is beautiful, the sea a minute away, and private parking a plus. Ela is a great host. She did decorate the place for my birthday and even made a gluten-free cake.

2nd getaway in Franck's apartment which is still so cozy! The location is really ideal: beaches, marina, restaurants, shops!

Bertrand and Clementine's place was great—clean, well equipped, and with a beautiful view. The apartment is located uphill, away from the downtown area but close enough to walk to the beach, restaurants and other local activities. Parking is available, which was super convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay at Anne-Marie's villa! Special mention for the magnificent view of the Trois Ilets bay. The villa is very well equipped and the configuration around the view and the pool allows you to truly enjoy the outdoors. Anne-Marie provided us with very clear explanations for access and check-in and the team responsible for the reception was very professional and friendly.

The villa is even prettier in real life than in the photo, very nicely decorated, it quickly feels like home. The pool is very popular after a hot day. Everything went very well, communication with Thierry or Rodolphe was very easy, the arrival is prepared by very pleasant little touches. The location was ideal for moving to the nearby Anses where we wanted to spend the most time, but also for the rest of the island. I highly recommend Thierry's villa.

Very beautiful private villa, 2 steps from the beach , the mythical church and some shops. Parking is easy outside . The terrace is very flowery and filled with birds. The large bedroom is spacious , the second, also pretty,benefits from a private terrace with outdoor shower, all under a green setting. The kitchen is well equipped. Too bad the toilets are integrated into the bathroom. This last one deserves a refresh,a real refresh. But what a pleasure to have spent our holidays with Patrick,who is a very beautiful person. We'll be happy to go back to his place.

Loved our stay in Le Diamant. The deck area and pool at the house were so enjoyable and the view was stunning. It is well located to travel by car to all the various beaches and sights.

Small practical studio, we only stayed there one night. Clean, welcoming host. There is a place provided for your car and it's really an advantage.

Fantastic stay in the accommodation. Everything was perfect: - the ideal location to explore the south of the island. Very quiet location with a very nice private parking space - the incredible terrace with a view of the sea and sunset. - a very big plus for the jacuzzi and the pool! It was fabulous at the end of the day - the incredible proximity of beaches for snorkeling/seeing turtles such as Anse Arlet, Anse Dufour, Le Diamant (10/20 min by car) - Well-equipped accommodation with effective air conditioning and mosquito net - Claire and her husband's very clear instructions with the sharing of good tips that facilitated our arrival and stay. Very warm in person welcome We will keep a great memory of this experience, we 100% recommend the place! Go there without a second thought!

very beautiful apartment very nice view of the bay on the heights of the donkey cove. difficult to walk to given the slope. close to the beaches of the south west of the island. Alexandra was not available upon arrival and departure,so we were hosted very well by Vanessa. thank you both isabella and bruno

DOMINIQUE! Amazing host, amazing spot, and I know where to stay for my next vacation in Martinique! We were blown away by his kindness and his excellent local tips on activities and hiking . The view is amazing with sunsets every evening. It was the highlight of our trip, thank you for everything. I will recommend to all my friends and family.

We had a wonderful stay at Sandra and Luca's place! They are welcoming hosts, responsive and attentive to our well-being. The accommodation is very comfortable and well appointed, the view from the terrace is superb. It is conveniently located, it avoids traffic jams for the North and South, which are easily accessible. Many good restaurants in town are within walking distance, a pleasure not to have to take the car at all. Private beach access and pool are also two big plus! Nothing to say, we can only recommend.

Very nice accommodation with full amenities. Very beautiful terrace overlooking the sunset, it can be hot but there is a fan. Go see the cove near the hotel de la batelière, I saw a sea turtle there and lots of fish. Not really a restaurant within walking distance, there is the casino restaurant and pizza restaurant. Otherwise, several restaurants in Schœlcher. There is a beach umbrella available but bring your beach towels. The laundry washer was very convenient. The air conditioning is very efficient, there is one in the living room and another in the bedroom. Very quiet apartment and no neighbor's noise.

My husband and I are delighted with our stay at Lionel's. The place was great for both of us, maybe missing a little bit of storage in the kitchen. Quiet and clean residence, super well placed to visit and enjoy the beautiful beaches and the varied landscapes of the south of the island. Lionel is ultra available and super nice . The accommodation is perfectly located and secured thanks to a security barrier to have access to the estate. Easy access pool and welcome after a day in the sun. 880 meters from the Diamond Beach which seemed to us the most fun. With 1 meter waves perfect for fun. Our stay was intended to bike beautiful and safe place despite the first impressions of the behavior of motorists. There Martinique is very hilly with changes to more than 15% but good pleasure in practicing our sport. In closing, I recommend all couples to have a great experience in a beautiful location.
