Villa holiday rentals in Les Avirons

Second part of our stay in Réunion, the villa was just perfect. The garden, its corner relaxes the pool, the jacuzzi even a hammam... Each room had its air conditioning, the comfortable beds,the 2 bathrooms perfectly equipped. In the kitchen level, nothing to say as perfectly equipped (nespresso, kettle, double fridge, etc.). The ultimate is the small fridge at the outdoor bar with some refreshing sleepers....

Go without a second thought, the house is great and fully equipped, close to everything we really enjoyed our stay. The host is very nice and responsive to various questions about the house. Really a favorite.

Lovely host and very flexible on arrival. In case of any problems during the stay, a swimming pool specialist can intervene. The accommodation is particularly well arranged and pleasant to live in: the kitchen is very well stocked and pleasant, a large shower room that we loved, a super convenient laundry room, nice bedrooms and all with a very nice decoration. The main downside is the noise: noise from the road quite close which is quite present (especially in the evening), strong noise from the A/C (outside block) in the 3rd bedroom, and noise from the branches on the roof present in the 3rd bedroom as well. Also note: the surroundings of the pool are not secure at all, especially near the outdoor shower.

We had a great time, the house is large and spacious. The pool with this lovely view offers a superb sunset show! This villa offers a peaceful setting that allows you to disconnect from your daily life and be zen ❤️

We spent five days in this house. A real gem in a corner of paradise. Tastefully decorated, ideally located with a very nice beach at the end of the garden, we were able to enjoy sunsets every night and even see whales jumping on the horizon. Wonderful stay and perfect communication with Ines. I recommend it 200%!

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful villa. Everything was absolutely perfect! The house is spacious, clean, and perfectly arranged. The pool with stunning views of the Indian Ocean is a real paradise, and the kitchen opening onto the terrace allowed us to fully enjoy this incredible view throughout the day. On the evening of the celebrations, we were fortunate enough to admire the different fireworks from the villa, which made the experience even more magical. The location is ideal: close to shops, beaches, and only 40 minutes from the capital. (mountain road, an experience to be had) A big thank you to the host and concierge, who were extremely available and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. We recommend this villa without a second thought and hope to come back very soon. Again, thank you for this extraordinary experience!

My girlfriend and I spent 10 days in Stéphane's accommodation, and we recommend it 200%!! The house is amazing and matches the photos! Big + for the terrace and the pool with sea view, which offer magnificent sunsets Stephane is a very responsive and available host, who will advise you on activities/restaurants to do on the island. You can book without a second thought!

What a paradise indeed! We had an unforgettable stay at this house with undeniable charm. The atmosphere is soothing, the view breathtaking and the sunsets so relaxing. The pool is also lovely. The location is ideal, whether for access to beaches or shops. Communication with Sophie beforehand is very good and the welcome by Gina is just perfect. Thanks Sophie and Gina. We wish we never had to leave this little piece of heaven.

We had a lovely stay in this fantastic & nicely decorated and colourful house (lots of art pieces)! Nath & Stef are fantastic hosts; they welcomed us warmly, responded quickly and gave good advice. The house is very peaceful, clean & comfortable. We especially liked the privacy, the nice seating area & cosy corner outside. We really enjoyed taking breakfast at sunrise. The kitchen is also well equipped & clean! We hope to come back one day to this highly recommended place!

Location number 1 for this beautiful home where we had a wonderful stay. A lot of superlatives in one sentence but what else can I say? There is nothing missing from this property ideally located on the lagoon of the hermitage, the perfect weather, even if a little hot for the season🥵, few mosquitoes 😬 (from which we have effectively protected ourselves), and close to the shops we are now used to after a few years of vacation in the area... and Thank you to Pascal for his welcome and sympathy 😉

The villa is tastefully decorated, has a beautiful garden and is very private, we slept really well. It felt like a luxurious place. The pool has a perfect size, we enjoyed swimming in it, although we expected it to be warmer (since it is advertised as heated). We had a good time and would recommend the house to people staying in St Joseph.

Very beautiful villa, ideal for a stay with friends and family with many bedrooms and sanitary facilities. Beautiful common areas and a beautiful open view of the cane fields and coastline. The wood paneling and the general atmosphere of the house are very warm, a little slice of heaven!

We had an absolutely perfect weekend with friends at Villa RDO. This house is just amazing: everything is designed to offer a real change of scenery and optimal comfort. Between the heated pool, billiards, foosball, movie room and exceptional bedding, there's something for everyone. The house is spacious, functional and perfectly equipped to accommodate 12 people in the best possible conditions. A real plus for families: everything is planned for children (toys, bikes, crib, etc.). A big thank you to Aurélie and Nicolas, who are very responsive and attentive hosts. We won't hesitate to come back!

Very nice private villa, clean and tastefully decorated. It feels like home. The setting is quiet and relaxing, perfect for relaxing. The pool is nice, although not very exposed to the sun (the palm trees have grown well and therefore create a lot of shade...) fortunately it is heated! The hosts were very responsive and available throughout the stay. I recommend it!

Very well located accommodation, superb sea view to enjoy the sunsets. We came with our 2-year-old baby, Laurent had provided all the necessary equipment for his comfort (bed, high chair, towels, pool toys, cutlery, glass). The beds are very comfortable. Convenient parking at the foot of the accommodation. St Leu is a great place to discover the Reunion. I would recommend this place without a second thought and would love to come back.

The house is very nice, welcoming, very well-equipped. Ideally located near the lagoon on foot, and the shops of La Saline. Very pleasant to live in! Unfortunately, we were there during the passage of Cyclone Garance. Fabienne and her son were very present, available and attentive in this particular situation. A big thank you!

great stay at Villa Nueva. The cottage met our expectations with three fully air-conditioned bedrooms. The pool is also a real plus for the accommodation. the location of the cottage makes it possible to be close to the roads and a few minutes drive from the waterfront. the environment is very quiet. Also to emphasize Nathalie's responsiveness in case of questions. We will keep a very good memory of it.
