The Perched House

Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes avec son jardin privatif. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers dans le calme et le silence. Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.

Located in the Châtillonnais, in the north of the Côte d 'Or, this typically Burgundy hamlet and surrounded by fields will seduce you with its calm. 3 hours from Paris by car and only 1 hour by TGV, between Montbard (TGV station 15 min) and Châtillon-sur-Seine, this old farm with a caretaker on site is equipped with a heated swimming pool, tennis, billiards and a bowling alley, and welcomes you for the month, the week or a long weekend.

Accommodation close to the highway and Nigloland

An accommodation that is very well surrounded by the Nigloland amusement park, Lake of the Orient Forest, a Grimpobranche, the Côte de Bars to visit the vineyard and/or cellars, there are also several restaurants and shops. All this is within 15-30 minutes. Within 30-45 minutes you can find the city of Troyes as well as many factory outlets, cinema, bowling, laser game and more. The added bonus is the highway exit which is 3 km away.

Our 40 m2 air-conditioned Evasion accommodation consists of a living room with kitchen, living room and jacuzzi. A romantic bedroom with a Queen size bed and a walk-in shower with a plant wall. We offer 3 additional options: Romantic setting with candles and rose petals for €20. Gourmet staging that includes romantic staging + 1/2 bottle of champagne + sweet or savory petit fours to be defined together at €50. Birthday staging at €20.

Peaceful 3-star cottage offers a relaxing stay, for walkers, cyclists, in a green setting, on the banks of the Burgundy Canal. You can take nice bike rides, walk, with your dog, visit castles, vineyards, beautiful villages around the cottage. Close to the village halls. Cocooning cottage, fully equipped, sleeps 4 people. Enjoy a friendly moment in the countryside, with the song of birds, barbecues, rest on the enclosed patio.

Fred's cottage, small house

Relax in this quiet and stylish space. Small Champagne-style house, located close to the historic city center of Troyes, the lakes of the Forêt d 'Orient, vineyards and factory shops. On the ground floor you have a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a tv lounge area. On the same level, you have one bedroom, one shower room and one toilet. Upstairs there are two open-plan sleeping areas and an office. Pets not allowed.

This character home is located in the inner courtyard of a large property and will accommodate your entire family for a relaxing and leisurely stay. Ideally located near Lake Orient Forest, many activities are offered. We even created a game room to keep the kids entertained if necessary! " Vallières " is a small country village located in champagne and on the outskirts of Burgundy. A long alley lined with fruit trees will be available to you to come and discover the small cozy house waiting for you. You will then have to push the door to drop off your luggage and let yourself go along your stay.....
