In winter the studio will charm you with the cosy fireplace and underfloor heating, in summer the natural stone terrace will invite you to stay outside and look down into the valley or gaze upon the stars

Terrasse nach Süden mit schöner Aussicht, ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC. Ski-Raum und 1 Aussenparkplatz stehen zur Verfügung. Nichtraucher Wohnung, keine Haustiere. Public transport (train) is available 25 m from the apartment. We are close to Chamonix Mt-Blanc and the Emosson Dam. We have 2 ski areas that can be reached by train in 20 minutes. In summer our region is suitable for E-Bike and mountaineering.
