Very quiet and central apartment located between the historic port of La Rochelle and the Les Minimes marina. Type 1 bis of 27 m2, very bright renovated and equipped with a closed sleeping area and a sofa bed in the living room. A reserved place in a collective garage in a closed and secure basement. 2 closets to store all your suitcases. A beautiful 8 m2 terrace that is sunny in the morning and early afternoon. Collective swimming pool accessible only in summer (July/August)

Open pool 😀 Close to the beach and restaurants with a view of the Les Minimes marina, change of scenery guaranteed! You will enjoy the balcony with a view of the pool. It is very bright, quiet and has a parking space. Perfect for couples and families with 2 children. A 5-minute bike ride from the old port, a very nice trip that can also be done on foot or by sea bus (departure 100 meters from the residence to reach the city center by boat)

"L'escale du marin" The studio is centrally located, between the train station and the Old Port. It is located in a 3-star hotel residence with a heated swimming pool all year round. The pool is open. The apartment is equipped with everything you need: dishes, ceramic hobs, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator, TV, fan. There is a double bed (160) in the living room and two bunk beds (90) in the cabin area

We prefer rentals of at least 7 days starting on Saturday.
