Welcome to our charming little mayen nestled on the edge of the forest, located at 1000 m altitude in the Paccots resort, at the foot of the Fribourg Pre-Alps, close to Lake Geneva and Lake Gruyère. With its large garden and an upstairs bedroom, this cottage is the perfect place to recharge your batteries in the heart of nature. There are many activities in summer: mountain biking, trail running, hiking, paddle boarding, swimming in the lake or river, climbing and in winter: skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice skating.

Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. So many adventures to be lived:)

This apartment was renovated in 2023 to create a family atmosphere. A bar gives you the choice of having an extended aperitif while giving you the possibility of sitting down at the table later. The kitchen is modern and has a washer/dryer, a fridge, freezer, an oven, a hob with ventilation hood. Master bedroom = 1 large double bed. Second bedroom = 1 bed with 2 floors. The balcony = an appreciable view of the mountain. 1 parking space in the garage. Max. 2 adults (with 2 kids).
