I am renting out our cosy property in a Kraków’s cool river district, Podgórze. It's located under 10 minutes’ walk from the centre of the quirky Jewish quarter, Kazimierz. The flat has amazing river views which can be enjoyed from both the private balcony and the shared rooftop terraces. The apartment now features a new bathroom with a walk-in shower, completed February 2024. I've stayed in a lot of Airbnb’s so I’d like to think our apartment has everything you might need during your stay.

In summer, active people will appreciate almost 40 km, the most beautiful bicycle route in Poland running around the lake, beaches or the possibility of renting water equipment. In winter, on the other hand, there are many ski resorts and as many as 4 different mountain ranges. The facility, which was commissioned in 2021, has a well-equipped gym, sauna, bicycle room, ski room and laundry room.

Villa Rejtana 4/16 is a modern apartment in the heart of the trendy Podgórze district. The Vistula Boulevards are a 3-minute walk, the Jewish quarter of Kazimierz is 5 minutes and Wawel Royal Castle is 15 minutes. The extremely quiet studio is on a side street on the fourth floor with elevator. In winter with a river view. Around the corner is a tram stop, a wide range of shops, cafes and restaurants.

Here (almost) everything is old. We renovated the highlander house to preserve its atmosphere and history as best as possible. There is a wardrobe that is several dozen years old, a floor made of thick boards and a blue cast-iron sink that dates back to the times of the 80's. However, the coolest thing is the mountain river. The loud, relaxing Czercz flows literally under our windows.

On the mezzanine there is a double bed, downstairs there is a sofa bed The kitchen and dining room are shared with the guests of house 2. There is an additional fee for using the hot tub and sauna after prior arrangement (at least 24 hours)
