In summer there are horses with their little foals right in front of the house, who are always looking forward to a petting session. Our beautiful apartment is located just behind the Weserdeich in Bremen in the Werderland nature reserve. From all windows you have a beautiful view of the countryside or on the dike and ships. Large and small dogs are welcome here. However, our garden is not fenced due to its size (about 8000m2). Our large farmhouse is 150 years old and has been or is carefully renovated by us with a lot of love for detail. The Weser is about 50 meters away.

There are very good shopping nearby and wonderful walks in the recreation area.

Our house is located on the border of Bremen North in the village of Werschenrege. Surrounded by meadows, horse paddocks and forests, you can enjoy nature there. At the same time, you can also reach the city center of Bremen in 20 minutes by car. The completely renovated house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 guest toilet, a spacious dining room, a spacious living room and a new modern kitchen with large window in the spacious garden.

Our guests have the upper floor with 90 sqm to themselves. A small second front door leads up. There is a kitchen-living room, a large bedroom with 160 cm double bed, another room with 140 cm double bed, the fireplace room, a small balcony and a bathroom with tub and shower. I live on the ground floor with my boyfriend and our 3 cats, I can't rule out that the curious furry inhabitants will visit you if you have the door open.

54 steps lead to the bright and very quiet apartment on the top floor of the villa. A touch of Hanseatic merchant spirit has touched the western part of Platjenwerbe here since the house was built in 1908. Today, the separate apartment with its own entrance is modernly renovated, has a large living room, three bedrooms, a bathroom with tub shower and a fully equipped kitchen.
