Enjoy this house with a private enclosed garden. Pourrain is located between Auxerre and Toucy, 30 minutes from Chablis, 30 minutes from St-Fargeau, Guédelon Castle and Boutissaint Park. On the ground floor, the house has a kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom and separate toilet, as well as a double bedroom. On the 1st floor, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, as well as a toilet. On the mezzanine, you will find a second living room and an office area.

We practice permaculture and raise animals (chickens, sheep, turkeys, ducks) that we will introduce you to if you're interested. Cleaning must be done upon checkout.
