Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Lewisham

We stayed for two weeks in December and both were able to work effectively from the flat during our stay. We used to live in the neighbourhood so were familiar with many of the amenities nearby but it convenient and easy to walk around and close to many good pubs and cafes. It was quiet as it was off the main road. The heating worked very well, it took us a couple days to figure out how to work it properly but it made the flat nice and cosy once we figured it out.

We enjoyed the apartment thoroughly, very central location. Easy access to supermarkets and convenience stores. Stations were a stone throw away. Very well laid out and very private.

Very well decorated house with a spirit. Felt right at home. Great sound system and London view too. Without a doubt a top airbnb experience and offers great value. Calypso was super friendly and helpful. It’s very hard to think of a downside for the place and i’d only sit this one out if i had a past bad earthquake experience because the flat occasionally shakes. Thanks Calypso

The location is great! Bus stop and tube station at walking distance. Tower Bridge and other attractions are also a short walk away. The studio had everything one would need for the stay.

It’s safe to say that this was one of the best Airbnb experiences I have had to date. It’s so nice when a host is responsive, but it’s even better when they are friendly, hospitable, and kind. Maxine has an amazing place to stay, and it’s especially a perfect place for those visiting a friend, or family member at goldsmiths university. Although the location is far from most areas in London, it’s not a problem using public transportation to get back at night. Along with the place being very nice, it has ample hot water and a great main bathroom, a nice living room, and one of the most comfortable beds. Along with all this good, Maxine also has fitted the bathroom with her own bath products, that include a great smelling shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. I highly recommend this stay, for its cost, comfort, and amazing host, if you visit London.

This was exactly what I was looking for, ideally located near to local shops and restaurants. Close to the station. The apartment was also beautifully laid out with everything we needed.

Excellent location for O2 events and site seeing in London. The location was not busy, quiet day and night, with a light city buzz of traffic and trains in the background. It felt very safe and secure. Flat was clean, tidy, and everything you'd expect it to be and more. Hosts were lovely and very accomadating. If you are driving in there is a bonus of free secure parking nearby, so do check with the host for availability before booking your own. Plenty of transport options also, DLR (Royal Victoria), Underground (Canning Town), IFS Cable Car over Thames, and Uber Clipper boats. If you do need to be other side of river e.g. O2, getting an Uber Clipper Boat, North Greenwich underground, would recommend the Cable Car there is 10 one-way journeys for £17 per person. If you're looking for a few nights in London, I would definitely recommend this.

The apartment was impeccable, very well furnished and as described. It is also close to Greenwich Park where we were able to take beautiful walks with our dog. We were less than 10 minutes from the train station to go to central London. The environment is very residential so very quiet. The only small downside was the small noise from the air conditioning in the bedroom. Communication with our host was very smooth. We had a great time and would recommend the place without hesitation. Thanks Sérap!

Lovely flat in the suburbs of London. Accessible by a couple of really close bus stops but if you want the tube, it’s a short bus ride away to a tube(overground) station. Fully provided kitchen with dishwasher and full sized fridge. There are two bathrooms and a nice bed upstairs with large skylight windows. Plenty of room for the two of us. Jess was very responsive when we had trouble opening the keylock (needed to jiggle a bit) and also when we had to message her a couple of times. I would definitely recommend this home away from home. The place is really great. It's a wonderful house and it's near Hilly Fields. The cat, Nissim, is easy to look after and there is everything you need in the house. Also, Toni was very responsive and helpful. Easily one of the best places we stayed in.

We were very happy with our 6-day stay at Katie's, the accommodation was quite spacious for our family ( a couple with 3 children aged 5, 10 and 17 ), each was able to enjoy his space our last 2 enjoyed the many board games available as well as the garden . We had all found that we needed in the house , we felt right at home. As for the neighborhood , it is very quiet , the house is served by bus , there is a 3 min walk stop that takes you directly to central London . Katie was very responsive to each of our requests and was very flexible , she allowed us to take the accommodation 2 hours earlier and let us store our belongings before our scheduled later departure largely rare are the hosts who are so understanding ... We still had a lot to visit in London and will definitely come back to Katie if her bis is available .

Maria’s place was a lovely base for our visit to London. If you are running the marathon it is an easy journey to the start line in Blackheath. Very cute and comfortable house with everything you need and conveniently located to trains and shops. Lovely coffee shop on the walk to the train station and make sure you try some of the local jollof. Luby the cat was an angel and the local cat gang was the highlight of our trip. We loved this location. We walked each am through Hillyfields Park. Our family enjoyed the trip and the location was very close to where our extended family lives. Easy access to Brockley Station and Ladywell. Very easy access by train to Central London. Grocery store (Co-op) and restaurants near by. Would stay here again.

Very clean and modern. With nice extras such as kitchen equipment and shower and soap in all bathrooms. 5 min walk to station and local shops and nice pub @ Station Hotel.

I would definately use Safwan and his AirBnB for any future events taking place in East London. Was always very accommodating and very responsive every time. A joy to deal with.

Everything we needed, 20 minutes on the bus to the O2 which was one of the main reasons for our visit. Located on a very peaceful street, 5 minutes walk to bus stop. House well equipped and comfortable. Perfect, thank you.

The flat is in walking distance to a lot of places including Greenwich and close to bus and train services. it is close to a plethora of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Antonio was responsive to any questions that I had during and before my stay within a short time. The flat is near to my family, so I'll definitely keep him in mind for future stays. Grace’s cozy spot was exactly what I needed after working a couple of days in London. I felt right at home and would curl up on the couch and catch up on my shows and when it was time for bed the space was perfect for relaxing and had some overhead lighting for reading books. The bathroom did take some adjusting since it was tiny but it was just right for me. Also, loved that I could do laundry and enjoy the sound of the rainy weather against the skylights in the living room. There are a couple of shops in walking distance but I didn’t spend much time in the neighborhood and a bus stop right out front if you need to take the bus. Grace was also super accommodating and very communicative and eased any worries or answered any questions I had. Highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful host. Very communicative and even helped us pick up the keys early. The flat was beautifully clean and the bed was super comfy. 100% worth the cost for the night and would definitely stay again. Ricardo is very happy and friendly, would absolutely recommend him as a host to anyone and will be staying with him again next time we visit. Could not fault a thing.

We enjoyed our stay at Janet’s condo. It had beautiful views and was in the perfect location outside of the busy city but steps from the closest train station. It was very clean and Janet had wonderful suggestions for us to eat/shop. She even left treats for us to snack on while we stayed. 10/10 would recommend.

Eva and her husband were very helpful throughout the process! When it turned out to be an exceptionally hot day/evening in London, they contacted us offering to deliver an extra fan to be sure we were comfortable as well as graciously providing another item we requested. We were a bit further than we had realized from the city center at this location, but we really enjoyed taking an uber boat from the nearby pier to The Tower of London, so it worked out well for us!
