Nice recent house, ideally located in a cul-de-sac, 500 m from the beaches (La Linière and Les Lutins) and the port of Herbaudière. 4 bikes are available free of charge to use the bike paths. Many shops and restaurants are present on the port (5-minute walk). Beautiful bright living room, 2 bedrooms, quality bedding, (bed linen and towels are provided.) Apartment in a quiet residence. On the 1st floor, view into the inner courtyard. I reserved just 1/3 of the mezzanine bedroom closet to put the spare duvet, pillows and towels in. Warning; no linens available (rental possible at Kathy Pressing in La Guérinière). Rental in July and August by the week if possible.
