We rent out a newly built and bright 1-bedroom apartment in the basement of our townhouse. The apartment has a separate entrance, living room with sofa bed and bathroom. There is in-floor heat and balanced ventilation in all rooms. It comes with parking space for passenger car on the plot. Granåsen ski resort is a 5 min drive by car or about a 20 min walk away. To the city center in Trondheim it takes about 17 min by bus/car/tram. The bus stop is 3 minutes walk from the apartment and the tram stop is 6 minutes walk from us.

Proximity to nature and hiking trails. 3 min to bus stop that takes you to the city center in 18 min. Several shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Ideal to experience Trondheim without compromise on comfort!

Stay in a cabin on stilts out on the mountain and feel the feeling of “hovering over the water”. Cook in the cabin's kitchen, or on the fireplace out on the terrace. Feel the warmth in the cabin, when you fire up the oven. The experience of simple life allows for reflection and tranquility, close to nature. On the terrace you can enjoy a coffee cup and a good book in a hanging net built into the terrace. Close your eyes while hovering in the hanging net and enjoy the view of the 5 km long Byavatnet and Trondheimsfjorden.

Cottage in the countryside - idyllic farm in Skaun

Cozy cabin in beautiful surroundings, best suited for couples who can share the double bed. The cottage has electricity but no running water, but guests have their own newly renovated bathroom/toilet in the outhouse about 100m away. We can be helpful with round-trip transportation Pilgrimsleden that goes not far away from the farm. The cabin has an extra bedroom with room for 2 mattresses on the floor, but this is in the loft and the person who will sleep there must be comfortable climbing the ladder on the wall.

“Forbord Dome” is an exclusive glamping experience for two people in the heart of nature. You can sleep under the stars, enjoy the panoramic view of Trondheimsfjorden, get a magical sunset or see the amazing northern light if you are lucky. The dome is a total of 23 square meters with a window on the ceiling and in the front and it is placed on a two-level terrace with a seating area and a fire pit. There are many great hiking opportunities in the surrounding area, how about a walk to the top of "Front Mountain"?

Welcome to a relaxing stay in fully equipped apartment with high standard centrally located at Byåsen, only 2.5 km along the footpath to the arena for the 2025 World Cup in Granåsen. Short distance to the city center and good public transport by bus and tram. The apartment is warm and cosy, with extra ceiling height and large window surfaces. Well equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms:-) With extra bed in the bedroom hallway, the apartment sleeps 6. Heated garage with available EV charger.

Enjoy the view, take it easy, take a fishing trip, hike, go on a mushroom or berry ride, take "home office", go skiing, or play golf. Good sun conditions and amazing outdoor space Access to the sea. Short way into Trondheim city center (about 15-20 minutes by car). Great advantage by car. Few bus departures. The house sleeps 8, but it is possible to make up for a person on a mattress on the floor.

The cabin is located 10-15 min outside the city center, with bus departure every hour. Bus stop 1 min away. The cabin is 28 m2 big and is available for up to 2 people You have the ocean on one side and the Forrest on the other, with great hiking possibilities. The jacuzzi cost ekstra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.
