Aesthetically great, feels like home. Clean and the home furnish are of good quality. We enjoyed the heated pool and sauna. It really is a big factor that they have their own water source and dispenser. Spacious and I think an additional amenities like a billiard table would be fun to have in that kind of place. Hosts are very responsive and friendly too.

Place is very private, perfect for those wanting peaceful but fun weekend getaway. Only 2hrs from Manila via SLEX/Star Tollway. Speedboat already waiting for us upon arrival. There’s so much do to — water activities, karaoke, netflix or just chill all day by the pool with the best view of Taal Lake. House is clean, well maintained and almost complete. Caretakers live next door so it’s very convenient if you need anything. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to our next visit!

Louie' place matched the advertised description. The entire place is clean and cozy. All small and kitchen equipments including the toilets and baths are all functional. The balcony has the perfect view of the sea. The caretaker is so helpful and responsive. We'll definitely go back.

We booked this place for a weekend getaway with friends, and it was such a memorable experience! Check-in was a breeze. Ate Grace was very accommodating and patiently waited for all of us to arrive, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The house itself was spacious, clean, and perfect for bonding. Everything we needed was available, from kitchen essentials to comfortable lounging areas. The highlight for us was definitely the heated pool, we spent hours just relaxing and enjoying each other's company. There was a minor hiccup with the wifi (Globe was down that weekend), but they provided a backup. The signal was a bit weak, but honestly, it didn’t bother us much since we were there to enjoy each other’s company and the lovely surroundings. Overall, highly recommended if you’re looking for a cozy and relaxing spot with friends. Would love to come back!

Ms. Jen is very accommodating and helpful! The pool was non-operational supposedly on Thurs (day of our check-in) and got extended until Friday, I communicated with Ms. Jen how I felt about it and she proactively offer resolution that we feel fair on both ends. Kudos to that! Place is serene, lovely, and just really peaceful where you can take the time to reflect and just disconnect. For improvements, maybe it will help if there will be like a general check-in instruction message that can be provided para we don’t go back and forth asking the pin and etc. Other than that, staff is friendly, restaurants nearby are great as well. All worth it! 🤍

Great host and place! Maam Chay was very proactive and responsive to our needs. Sir Rudy went the extra mile and offered his assistance from securing a floating cottage for us, to bringing us back to and from the house then beach and up to helping us get a contact to order freshly caught shrimp and tilapia. The hosts were truly commendable. Thank you for making our stay worthwhile! 💕

Our huge family had a wonderful time swimming, singing karaoke, playing games, and spending a couple of nights in this spacious, clean, and hotel-like accommodation. The photos and description were accurate, the hosts were gracious and responsive, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The free pandesal every morning was a nice touch. It was an overall great experience. 10/10 would recommend!

The place was literally good for a big group of people and has its own beachfront spot to chill. Staff are very welcoming and Lyza was also very considerate. We had a great time during our stay!

Very nice interior of the house with rustic country vibe theme and its cold, the rooms are very nice and clean, the master's bedroom has a spacious t&b and there is heated water everywhere in the house. The place is wazeable though expect that u will be passing thru farm land but thats what make the place private and quiet. We will definitely be coming back. Thank u to our gracious host

Our family truly enjoyed our stay here. The space is spacious and well-maintained, with a clean, functional kitchen and modern, minimalist bathrooms. I especially appreciated the stylish design of the house. There's also a large outdoor area, perfect for parking or other activities. The location is very convenient—just a short distance from the floating cottages, making it easily accessible. The host was responsive and flexible, even allowing us to check in early. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and definitely money well spent.

The property is really clean, just like in the pictures. The house feels like home. The airconditiong is very comfortable. We stayed in the bedroom downstairs, it was very spacious, with walk-in closet and plenty of drawers. I love the chandeliers and the bathroom walls. The gas stove and the cooking area by the pool is very practical, it made food prep easy. The swimming pool is good size for our group, it can be heated for extra fee. The caretaker, Obet, is helpful.

The place is spacious and can easily accommodate a big group. There were 12 of us and we felt very comfortable. There’s plenty of parking, big rooms, and the kitchen has everything we needed. The pool was also a good size for our group. Just a heads up: since it’s in the province, there are quite a few insects around the pool area, which is expected. But overall, the amenities were great, especially the karaoke. It was a perfect spot for bonding with family and friends.

This is my second visit here. The first time was with my family, and recently, I came with my team. Josh, as always, is an excellent host, and his staff are all nice and friendly, especially Kuya Roland. The place is beautiful! I would definitely come back. :)

Neil’s place is nothing short of beautiful—every detail is as stunning as the pictures,. Though we only stayed overnight, we found ourselves wishing for more time to enjoy its charm and comfort. This was our first time using Airbnb as a family, and we’re really glad we chose this host. The house is surprisingly spacious for a typical beach property. What we loved most was being surrounded by lush green fields, having a stunning ocean view—especially at sunset—and still being close enough to the beach. While the sand near the property isn’t pure white, during high tide you can easily walk to nearby white sand spots with crystal-clear water. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with utensils, which was perfect for our needs. One suggestion for improvement would be to relocate the refrigerator inside the kitchen—it would make a big difference, especially for food-loving families like ours. Overall, a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay - definitely enjoyed the heated private pool and jacuzzi at night. Loved that it's pet-friendly as we were able to bring our dog. Quality in everything at home - interior, furniture, lighting. Wish there are home slippers :)
