The cottage has been sensitively renovated and lovingly maintained. At your disposal you will have a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a toilet , a comfortable bedroom. An outdoor patio with a seating area, a spacious garden, and a meadow to sit by the fire. There is no communication here.

The cottage has a basic capacity of 8 people and two extra beds. It is designed for two families with children (two separate living rooms, two bathrooms, two kitchens). Bedrooms are located on the first floor. The price per cottage is final, including used electric energy, heat, and water. Chalet U Černý Berana is located in the beautiful surroundings of Horní Černý Studnice near Jablonec nad Nisou, right by the forest, the “Hřebenovka” bike path and the hiking trails leading to the Black Studnice lookout tower.

Thanks to its location at an altitude of 750 meters above sea level, it is an ideal starting point for cycling, cross-country skiing, or downhill skiing enthusiasts. Please note, that sauna is not included in the price and is now out of order.
