Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Liechtenstein

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, wären gerne noch länger geblieben! Tania ist eine tolle, authentische Gastgeberin und das Atelier mit Permakulturgarten, Feuerstelle sowie Badeteich ein Traum! Die Küche war sogar noch besser ausgestattet als auf Airbnb beschrieben, da dort auch Kochkurse stattfinden, es hat also an gar nichts gefehlt. Als wir grillen wollten, wurde uns Zubehör (Holz/Grillkohle) wie selbstverständlich ohne zusätzliche Kosten bereit gestellt und angeboten. Bei Anliegen oder Fragen kann man sich jederzeit melden. Check-In und Check-Out war unkompliziert. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Der See ist in 10 Minuten gut fußläufig erreichbar und ist perfekt für eine Abkühlung. Einziges Manko waren dieses Jahr die Mücken, daher konnten wir die Frenster in der Nacht zum Runterkühlen nicht so gut öffnen. Fliegergitter wären hilfreich gewesen. Sonst tolle Unterkunft mit sehr gemütlicher Terrasse. Rosemarie ist eine sehr nette und hilfreiche Gestgeberin!

Wow! I don’t people think of Lichtenstein too often as a place to visit, but you should! Astrid was incredible, and could not recommend a better host. The home was beautiful, spacious, and had everything we needed. The views are impeccable, and there is plenty to do if you like to be active. 10/10 would recommend!

Charmerende hus med verdens bedste udsigt. Ankom til et helt rent hus, der var hyggeligt indrettet og havde nogle dejlige senge. Omgivelserne var fantastiske og et perfekt sted til at slappe af i og bare nyde livet. Værten var meget imødekommende og hurtig til at svare. Kan helt klart anbefales til at holde sommerferie i.

Haben unseren Aufenthalt in traumhafter Umgebung sehr genossen. Kontakt mit Daysi war unkompliziert und ließ keine Fragen offen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

The people who live in the area are very nice. The house is huge and has wonderful woodwork. It's an excellent value for the rent charged. Only bad part was my fault for not staying longer. You need at least a week in the house or more.

We cannot recommend staying at the alpine hut of Sandra enoug. Before coming to Liechtenstein we did our research, but Sandra was always very responsive and kind with her instruction or advise. Malbun is an absolutely gorgeous little village that caters to wintersports enthusiasts in the winter season and hiking buffs during other times of the year. The town is easily accessible by local bus as well as by car. The fact it is behind a mountain you reach through the tunnel makes it an extraordinary and private experience being located in the valley between rugged peaks of the mountains. We have seen 3 restaurants, 1 grocery and 1 sportswear and equipment store. Finding Sandra's cabin was very easy and the house looked exactly as described. The interior is homey and inviting with a fantastic vista over mountains complemented by an outside bench and sitting area to enjoy the views during a nice weather. I will def. revisit Malbun sometime and feel grateful Sandra let us stay with her.

Wir waren für ein paar Tage bei Susi in Liechtenstein und haben uns dort super wohl gefühlt :) Die Wohnung ist super und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Selbst für unseren Hund waren Näpfe und auch ein Bett vor Ort :) Von der Wohnung aus kann man sowohl mit dem ÖPNV, als auch mit dem Auto oder zu Fuß sehr viel erreichen :)

Very comfortable and modern place with a great view. The smart home functions give it a bit of a futuristic feeling, but with the detailed instructions in the guest book you can see that as a fun challenge! The host is very responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful place. Stefan was quick with responses and the place was really nice. Pretty close to downtown Vaduz and close enough to Malbun (20 min).

This studio was perfect for our short stay. It was walkable to a grocery. Everything was clean. It was in a quiet neighborhood. I would stay again or recommend to others.

Die Unterkunft war ein Traum und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Ausblick auf die Berge ist wunderschön. Wir konnten die Kräuter im Garten und die Gewürze sowie andere Lebensmittel in der Küche nutzen, was uns sehr entgegen kam. Die Terrasse ist super. Man kann das ganze Land mit dem Bus abfahren. Die Haltestelle ist sehr schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Auto haben wir wenig bis gar nicht benutzt. Wir sind sehr glücklich mit der Wohnung und der Kommunikation mit Nadine gewesen.

Truly stunning location, easy access to Vaduz and further up mountain via public bus 2 mins from apartment. Small patio area is a nice addition to enjoy the scenery. Silvia and Charles are lovely hosts and very friendly both when communicating and when meeting in person. Would definitely return if in Lichtenstein again. Locals also made us feel very welcome.

Such a cosy apartment, very well equiped, with beautiful surroundings, privacy, peaceful place with breathtaking view of the mountains. Great patio and small garden with cat’s visits. It is worth taking a break in this place! Also the communication with owners was perfect.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Doris Wohnung und generell in Liechtenstein. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, blitzsauber, in sehr schöner Lage mit spektakulärem Ausblick und einfach zu finden. Die Kommunikation war problemlos, schnell und hilfreich. Die Unterkunft ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen, wir würden hier gerne wieder übernachten.

I absolutely loved this apartment. It was one of our best stays in Europe so far. Franziska and her husband are lovely hosts and made sure that we had a pleasant stay. However, if you’re a tourist then I’d only recommend a 2 night stay at Liechtenstein as there’s not much sightseeing to do around there. It just takes half a day to explore Vaduz. On our last day we decided to do a day trip to Zurich and our host was very helpful in guiding us. They even allowed us a late checkout and offered to drop us to the station at an additional cost which was very helpful. If you’re visiting Liechtenstein then definitely stay here.

Wir waren zu zweit für fünf Tage in Barbaras Ferienwohnung zu Gast und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation und der Check-In waren problemlos. Die Küche ist zur Selbstverpflegung gut geeignet (Hinweis für andere: Tiefkühlfach und Sparschäler haben wir persönlich vermisst). Vor allem aber auf dem Balkon mit super Aussicht konnten wir das gute Wetter genießen. Alles in allem eine Reise wert, gerade mit einer solchen Wohnung.

We had a very comfortable stay at Regina's place. It is clean and has all the basic amenities and the kitchen is well equipped with various utensils. It is spacious and great for a family with kids. The bus stop is right next to the place. There is a children's park and a bakery nearby. Overall we had great time staying there!

Marcella was a great host with a beautiful apartment centred in the beautiful town of Schaan, if i could recommend a place to stay for a visit to Liechtenstein it would be here!

We had a great experience overall. The apartment was clean, the owner was friendly and the location was great. It is ideal for families with kids. However, the owner was highly particular about cleanliness, especially if you are staying with kids, she had sent her father to have a look at everything while checking out, which generally doesn’t happen in Airbnbs but it worked out fine for us, as I also like leaving a space as clean as possible and it didn’t bother me. It was value for money for sure!
