The house is located above St. Lorenzen in the Lesachtal, a mountaineering village in the middle of the Carnic Alps and Lienz Dolomites. Our old farmhouse, which was lovingly expanded and renovated in 2023, is located on the edge of the forest in a beautiful secluded location and is directly accessible by car. Due to the south-facing orientation, our guests enjoy sun from early to late.

Here you can start on the slopes directly from the accommodation. The location is also ideal in summer: Hikes, mountain tours, nature experiences, and bike trails start right outside the door. Three cozy bedrooms, a large living and dining area, an equipped kitchen, and three balconies with stunning views of the mountains.

The cozy apartment in Heiligenblut offers everything you need for a relaxing stay in the mountains in 40 m². The large terrace with a magnificent view of the Großglockner is particularly impressive. The town with restaurants, bars and the ski lift can be reached in just about 8 minutes. This makes the apartment the ideal base for activities in all seasons. In the winter, you can expect perfectly groomed ski slopes, and in the summer, the mountains and hiking trails of the national park.

Lotus Residence

Our house, built entirely of wood, is located on the southern outskirts of Sillian. It is very quiet and sunny and only a few minutes from the village center. The cozy apartment (about 110 sqm) with lots of atmosphere is on the ground floor with private access to the terrace and garden. The spacious living room and the large kitchen-living room both have a wood-burning stove and large windows with beautiful views of the organic garden and the surrounding mountains.

Easily accessible by car directly in the family-friendly ski resort and cross-country skiing Eldorado "Golzentipp Obertilliach". Very snow-safe area perfect for ski tours. With a ski cellar and sauna area, four bedrooms and a cozy Tyrolean parlor with a tiled stove. Perfect for skiing, hiking or pure relaxation!

If there is not enough snow, you can reach the slopes after a short walk. The surroundings offer numerous hiking trails directly from the cabin.
