Holiday rentals with a balcony in Ligurian Sea

By far one of the nicest, if not THE nicest, Airbnb's we have ever stayed in. The place is beautiful, clean and in a wonderful location. Francesca is extremely pleasant and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back. For note, parking is not in the building and you will need to find street parking - some is free, most is paid (in blue lines).

The host was responsive right from the start of the reservation. He communicated all the necessary information. The place was great, close to public sandy beach, local shops and restaurants. Parking your car a few minutes on foot. Apartment amenities are more than sufficient (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, stove with oven, vacuum cleaner, clothes dryer, complete kitchen equipment). The only thing to point out the kitchen is a small workspace. But even that could be dealt with. The balcony with a beautiful view was unforgettable, especially for the sunset. Here we spent most of the time, which was a little lacking, again, a storage space. A small table for glasses would be nice. The overall rating of the place is great. Thank you for everything, and if we ever come back to San Vincenzo, be sure to Stefan.

We stayed here with 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 1-3.5) and had a great time. The host was very communicative and helped us with finding cots and high chairs for the kids. They also helped us with arranging transportation to the airport for a very early flight. Location is good, we walked everywhere and it was an easy tram ride to the airport and easy train ride to other neighboring towns. Very close to the beach, and the Airbnb even included beach toys for the kids!

This apartment is charming. Lovely decor ( particularly for an airbnb ) . Fantastic location . Being above restaurants and the port there is some noise at night and the stray drunken person at 3 am but if that does not worry you then the location is very pretty and convenient. The beds are very comfy but on the smaller side, if you are over say 6 foot 1 inches they may be a little short . Also could improve response time to messages. However the apartment is spacious for a one bedroom and the view is really great with a lovely little balcony and all in all highly recommended .

From the start, the communication and instructions were clear and helpful. My son and I had a fantastic time exploring the area—there was so much to see and do! We made the most of our short stay and truly appreciated the great team that made our experience even better.

the house is spacious, equipped with everything and with a priceless view. everything went great. great value for money. maybe a small intervention on the mosquito nets would be helpful. the presence of a microwave would not be bad. finally, for the hypersensitive: the bells of the church next to the house ring hammer from 7 am, Saturdays and Sundays included. that said, it will remain a place of the heart where we had a great time. at night you can hear the frogs gracidar, in the morning the tubular hypnotoque of the turrets. We also spotted a family of falconts nesting in the ancient tower next to the house. the sea in the distance, the scent of zagare and pitosphores. absolutely to visit the two neighboring villages of terzorio and Castellaro.

Beautiful pool and garden

We really had a wonderful stay. The host welcomed us incredibly warmly and immediately recorded an entire plan for things to do and hidden gems. The kitchen is really WELL equipped. The only small drawback, the mattresses are unfortunately very saggy and you should ventilate a lot, as it is very humid in the lower room due to the shower. Still, this place is HIGHLY recommended !! It was great

Lovely house renovated with good quality materials and lovely welcome on site. Very spacious and well equipped (barbecue, swimming pool etc…).

We had a great time in this home. The entrance is gorgeous and very well decorated. The garden and swimming pool is very pleasant. The interior is as described and photographed. It may be missing some kitchen amenities like a kettle or dishwasher. Special mention for the owner who was adorable and always attentive. It's a very beautiful place.

There were 6 of us on this beautiful property and spent some quiet days in nature. The place is a bit remote if you want peace and relaxation, the place is ideal. Shopping facilities are easily accessible by car. The house offers a lot of turnaround and the sun days by the pool with stunning views from the sea were beautiful.

We had a very pleasant stay in this beautiful house. The area is extremely peaceful and quiet, which made for a truly relaxing time. Each room has its own private bathroom, and everything was fully equipped with everything we needed. The hosts were very friendly and helpful - all our questions and needs were responded quickly and with care. Communication was excellent throughout. The house is located in a stunning area with beautiful views, and the directions were clear and easy to follow — we had no trouble getting there. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Everything was in perfect order, and I would definitely recommend this place. I was very satisfied. Although the surroundings are calm and quiet, the nearest town isn’t far at all, with several great restaurants to choose from. Altogether, a lovely experience!

House as described, one hundred of Capoliveri are very close but at the same time a quiet and peaceful area, characterized by a series of villas. The first beaches are easily accessible in minutes. The house has a nice outdoor space, a large kitchen with everything you need, spacious rooms and large closets. I really recommend it, the only downside is the cost of cleaning, a little higher than the average.

Modern furnished and clean 2-room loft with a spacious terrace. This is equipped with two sun loungers, a table with four chairs and a cozy lounge – perfect for two to feel comfortable. The apartment is easy to find, but getting there requires some driving skill as the last 50 meters lead over a natural road. The center of Capoliveri is in about 10 minutes walking distance. In the neighborhood, there are often dogs that are outside during the day and sometimes also at night and make themselves noticeable accordingly. For animal-loving guests, this should not be a big problem, but it is good to know in advance if you prefer absolute tranquility.

We had a wonderful time on Elba and can absolutely recommend the accommodation! The view from the apartment to the sea is simply fantastic - looking at the sea every morning was a dream. Everything was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The kitchen in particular was superbly equipped! The location is nice and central, so you can quickly get to the surrounding towns, but still have your peace and quiet. The hosts were incredibly warm and helpful – you immediately feel welcome. Elba itself is fantastically beautiful, we will definitely come back!

Top accommodation - we felt very comfortable. Super terrace with great views. Air conditioning/heating in 3 rooms. Everything quite new and nicely renovated. A little far to the beach/restaurant - but did not bother us. I would like to express special thanks and praise to the local host.
