Situé à Santa Maria di Lota, au début du Cap Corse, à 900m de la Plage de Miomo et 700m d'une crique avec accès par un sentier piéton, l'hébergement totalement indépendant ( attenant à notre villa) est composé de 2 pièces: une chambre vue mer avec un lit Queen Size, une salle de bain avec douche et un salon/ cuisine avec coin repas. Vous profiterez de 2 terrasses vue mer et jardin. Vous serez ainsi entourés de la mer, de l'île d'Elbe et des arbres du jardin, Magnolia, avocatier, citronniers.

Una stanza sull’Oggia

Uno spazio semplice e romantico, una stanza vera senza fronzoli con angolo cottura e un terrazzino che si affaccia sul fiume: da qui si intravede un piccolo ponticello in pietra... e il rumore dell'acqua che scorre. L’alloggio è un’unica grande volta: tutta la casa è stata restaurata utilizzando materiali naturali, calce e vernici fatte con farina e olio di lino. Per i mesi invernali c’è una stufa a legna che gli ospiti potranno gestire in autonomia. Viene fornita la legna per il soggiorno.

Le nid

Autrefois appelé Arbec, notre petite cabane de berger en pierres servait de cuisine et de salle à manger. C'est là que l'on transformait le lait en fromage et en broussa, c'est là que la famille se réunissait pour la veillée du soir avec les voisins ,et que se nouait la vie sociale.Les outils,semences, récoltes ,étaient aussi remisés dans l'arbec. Les pierres de ce petit édifice sont chargées d'histoire et l'épaisseur de ses murs offre un sentiment de protection, de paix, propice au repos.

LE KUB’PLEX- SAINT PAUL DE VENCE

Le KUB’PLEX est un logement indépendant atypique jumelée à notre maison principale, il est composé de deux étages avec un escalier Hélicoïdale (attention ne convient pas à certains voyageurs) - Rez-de-chaussée avec petit coin terrasse, ouvrant sur une baie vitrée donnant sur une haie végétale. Le rez-de-jardin dispose d'un coin kitchenette équipée, d'un coin salon avec TV - En sous sol R-1 une belle chambre (lit 160x200) avec TV, rangements et grande salle de bain privative

The villa is located on a first hill of Arenzano, about 2 km from the center and the sea. The road to the villa is paved and we report the presence of sharp bends, however it is passable with any car or van.
