The sea (500 meters) Recco (1200 m.) and Portofino National Park (3 km) can be reached not only by car, but also on foot with scenic walks; Genoa-Nervi is 12 km away (SS1 Aurelia)

In an oasis of peace and tranquility, surrounded by unspoiled nature, we rent a small rustic mountain villa that is part of an ancient fief of the castle of Belforte (in Borgo Val di Taro), completely renovated while maintaining an ancient state of preservation. It enjoys a beautiful panoramic view of the Taro valley up to the Ligurian mountains. It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.

Beach, downtown, restaurants, station, and ferries are within walking distance. A Spa area with jacuzzi and finnish sauna nested in nature with a plunging view on the valley and no neighbours, may be rented in addition to the chalet for 25 euros per night.
