Loved this little getaway! All amenities and items included were as listed and the pool was perfect! Definitely will be back!!!

Very nice place! Spacious

We had a great time. The living space was great from the large screen tv in living room to the large table where we played cards and games. There was a few toys for the little one. The pool was wonderful. Place was clean and the beds were all comfortable. There was no hair dryer so if you go there bring your own. In the back there’s a second tv with bunk beds where the kids can hang out . We let Jacob know that the front door lock wasn’t working so he could replace the battery or lock for future visitors, which I’m sure he will. I highly recommend this place for large families.

This is our 3rd stay here. We highly recommend it!!! Perfect for a group Tobe able to hang out together and also have separate spaces to retreat to. We think of it as our home away from home!! Wish we lived closer so we could come more.

Can I give 10 stars instead? Seriously, one of the best places we have stayed in. ON THE WATER, with a great boat dock. Everything you need plus more! Very clean, very comfortable, STARLINK internet, plus so much more. And host was absolutely FANTASTIC as icing on the cake.

This place was amazing. Great host, easy going and helpful. Great place to relax with friends for a weekend of fishing at the lake. You can walk right into the water off of the bank as long as the water level is not low!

A cozy place to stay. one item worth noting: the location is remote, and the water at the home is not drinkable (per owner). It said water was provided, but was not for our stay. Since it is remote it was a long drive to go get drinking water that we were not prepared for.

A Perfect Family Getaway! We had a wonderful stay at this charming Texas countryside retreat. The cozy little house is set on a beautiful farm with a serene pond and gorgeous views all around. It was the perfect escape from the city. The hosts provided fishing poles, and my two young daughters and I had a great time fishing—we caught three catfish and what I believe was a bluegill! One of the highlights of our trip was meeting Mary and her family, the warm and welcoming owner of the farm. She kindly let our daughters help feed the cows, chickens, and adorable baby goats, which absolutely made their day. The peaceful atmosphere, fun outdoor activities, and genuine hospitality made this a memorable trip for our whole family. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet and wholesome farm experience.

Rebecca is a lovely host was responded quickly from my initial inquiry to follow up questions. Check in was easy and the space was cozy, clean, peaceful, and my favorite part was getting to feed the cows. I would highly recommend and look forward to returning for a visit.
