Treehouse holiday rentals in Limón Province

Perfect location, the cabin is very close to the sea and Playa Negra is beautiful. near Puerto Viejo. 20 min walk to go to dinner or breakfast. The daytime walk along the beach is beautiful. Private accommodation and phenomenal rest.

It was a super nice stay! Julie wrote another message in advance how we got there and that it was convenient to grocery shopping. The room was large and we really enjoyed staying there!

Lovely location. Very private and lots of wildlife. Walkable to town and the beach.

Everything was fine. I stayed for 15 days. You need to let the water run for 30 seconds before engaging the hot water heater. It was hard to make the bed and it is really high up to get up on.

A truly unique house. Peter is very welcoming and knows a lot about the place and all the creatures you share the forest with.

I bookmarked this treehouse ten years ago with hopes of visiting one day. I'm so glad we did. If you dream about running away to a magical treehouse surrounded by lush vegetation and wildlife, Topo's treehouse is so much more than you could hope for. He's truly put his heart and soul into building a beautiful sanctuary. We stayed for 11 days in this paradise. Each morning, we checked from the balcony to see where the sloths were that day. We shared the beach shower with magnificent tiny red tree frogs. At night, we watched the bats feast on mosquitoes from the hammock. (Bats, you were the real MVPs.) If you're calm and conscious of your noise levels, the agoutis will come say hi. Walking around the property was an absolute delight. Topo provided fresh fruit, a bag of incredible coffee, and a pair of Imperials to welcome our arrival. The bedroom has a mini-split, so we slept in comfort. Treat the treehouse and nature with kindness, and you'll have an unforgettable experience.

No doubt the Tree House was a magical place, the rain, the jungle and the animals were unpaid. good location for those who like to walk and be in contact with nature, Valerie and her partner were always very attentive to everything and always giving a smile or a recommendation to do. breakfast was very rich and very forceful 100% recommended. we would definitely stay here and obviously recommend it without thinking !

Jasiel's house is up high off of the main road through to Chirripo mountain... a magical area with vistas of mountains, valleys and rivers. The cabin has a wonderful view, sounds of the river below, and is perfectly peaceful and private. The road to the house off the main road is rough and steep... so a 4 wheel drive is best, we think. But it is not a very long road... so it's totally manageable. We were instantly charmed by the cabin, and inside was warm and cozy. One big open space with very comfy bunk beds, and an upstairs loft like space with more beds. We used the bunk beds and were very happy. We are tall... and the beds were not for children only, thankfully!! Wonderful deck overlooking the view, and a wall of glass so the view continues inside. We really liked the place...in an area we truly love. It is rustic and simple... but comfortable with a good shower, kitchen, lounge area, and nice floor space. Our host Jasiel was really helpful in every way, he lives next door... but it is not visible from the house. We had a problem with the battery in our car, and he came over immediately to resolve the issue... just amazing. He was super prompt and courteous and helpful and easy to reach and communicate with. Thank you Jasiel!! We had a lovely time at your place!!

Beautiful place, the service was good, the breakfast was spectacular. An amazing experience. Glamping was all we imagined. We'll be back. In a close detail, we were missing location information. We arrived at the place of pure chance, but there was no clarity where the stay was from. Overall beautiful experience. Thank you.

Since we arrived the very friendly workers the restaurant was rich. The location of the glamping is phenomenal one feels completely in the woods and when they go down to the restaurant another concept that equally super cute everything. He is very satisfied with the stay.

An incredible stay in the trees! Waking up to the sound of birds after a storm was the highlight. We booked a single night between travel days and wished we had more time!

A spectacular place to disconnect from the everyday, the cabin is quite hermetic so the cold at night is not a problem, the place is private and quiet , both the cabin and the areas of Barbecue and campfire are well equipped. The hosts were very nice and helpful, we enjoyed it so much

Really great location if you’re looking for a jungle stay and only a 20 min drive to the beach’s and restaurants. Lots to do in the area. Really lovely place to stay just be prepared the jungle can get loud however it can be oddly peaceful The treehouse is as lovely and we had no issues with anything highlight was definitely the balcony in the morning.

The treehouse is an awesome stay! Sitting out on the deck was amazing. It’s definitely a cozy little place, with very nice touches, making it a special place. People do walk and bike the road but I’d recommend a vehicle to get there. We had an atv and it was a lot of fun!

Marlene was a great host and a wonderful communicator. She lives full-time on the property and is always close by if you need her for anything. The experience was a true eco stay tucked in the jungle and away from the busy streets of the town. Worth a stay if you're looking to truly immerse yourself in nature

Marleen’s place is a true jungle experience.. it’s a 10 min walk in a trail she made through the jungle until you get to her property. The deck is super simple, like the pictures. We stayed while it rained all night and it was magical. No electricity or hot water but it adds to the experience. Marleen is a super host and her property is a wonderful place.

Beautiful location. There is wildlife all around and the rainforest noises at night were very peaceful. Christian is who takes care of you upon arrival, he was super friendly and helpful, also he has the cutest dog!

We loved our treehouse stay. Our honeymoon was made special with this peaceful place up the mountain from Santa Teresa town. We enjoyed the treehouse but were sad we couldn't open the walls more often due to the rainy season. A monkey visited us on a nearby tree for lunch and we went in the hot tub, ice bath and sauna to relax. We visited the beach and many cafes multiple times and found ourselves getting smoothies any chance we got. We hope to be back to this beach town very soon 🥰 Eden was communicative and very helpful with booking zip lining and our ferry. She had a local show us around even with our late arrival! Thank you!!

this place is so beautiful. the location, the quiet street, far enough from town to feel secluded, even though there are neighbors. the beach is beaitoful and quiet as well. we would love to stay here again and we'll be recommending it to friends. David was a pleasure to talk to and was available and quick to respond whenever needed. we only ever rent open air homes so we are used to what comes with it -occasional bugs, occasional issues with water or internet. it's the price you pay for wanting to stay in such a location and to be so close to nature. from the house we saw agoutis, green macaws, toucans, monkies, and a variety of other tropical birds. we enjoyed boogie boarding in the ocean, playing in the waves, walking the beach, sitting and listening to the birds, playing games on the giant table, and seeing the area. we always felt safe and again, David was only minutes away and quick to respond.

Loved the place, the view, the quietness and loved Emilia (a lovely dog who visited us)
