Accessible for people with reduced mobility, 4 bedrooms including 1 master suite on the ground floor. 10 minutes from all shops, Vallée des Singes, botanical maze, Futuroscope 40 minutes away, and a multitude of activities to discover in the surrounding area. Available starting at 4:00 p.m. Check out before 11:00 a.m. (clean the house).

La P'tite Maison

Small charming house, fenced in the countryside and ideally located. Pets accepted free of charge. Not suitable for infants & people with limited mobility. Close to all amenities. 4 minutes from the Iles de Payré (place to walk along the water). 20 minutes from Poitiers Sud & the Valley of the Monkeys. Futuroscope 40 min. Marais Poitevin, Abbey of St Savin 1 hour. La Rochelle 1 hr 15 min. You can enjoy the grounds to relax, eat outside… Our bikes, molkky, other games are at your disposal.

The Country House

On one level house of 87 square meters between Angoulême and Poitiers. In a rural setting, the house welcomes you for a quiet and relaxing stay. It is composed of three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. The living room, bright, consists of a living-dining room and kitchen of about 40 square meters. It's connected to the fiber. A large bioclimatic pergola, an enclosed garden, and a garage. Everything to enjoy and safety.

La Marceline Nature and Comfort gîte

Our cottage La Marceline, furnished in 2020, is located in a detached house facing south, open to a beautiful wooded area, in the heart of a small village. The living area of 60 m2 for 2 people consists of a very bright kitchen-living area, a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. In front of the house, a courtyard is available as well as a parking lot. For your short or longer stays, vacation or professional, you will find peace and comfort here!

Beautiful cottage in "Deep France"

This cottage oozes simple rural French charm with modern conveniences and relaxation: a break away - privacy and tranquillity in the heart of Paradis(e). The beautifully restored gite lies in the heart of the country but is close to the lovely historic village of Verteuil, one of the prettiest in Charente, dominated by a magnificent chateau with restaurants, wine cellar, and a small Sunday market. "Clochette" studio in the countryside

Simplify your life in this peaceful home, located on the edge of the forest where you can see deer as well as farm animals. Come and discover our hiking trails, our river walks as well as various activities (canoeing, fishing...) This accommodation consists of an equipped kitchen, a double bed (folding crib available), a bathroom with toilet. You will have at your disposal a terrace with barbecue and deckchair. Come and relax in a typical country house in the countryside, at the end of a small cul-de-sac. 10 min from shops (Super U, bakery, etc.). The cottage is located in Caunay in the south of Deux-Sèvres, with quick access to the N10: - Futuroscope (45 minutes) - Marais Poitevin (1 hour) - Angoulême (45 min) - La Rochelle (1.5 hours) As well as many walks and tours (parks, castles, etc.)

Completely renovated by us a few years ago and recently updated to welcome you, this 80 m2 house for 5 people is waiting for you, for your vacations, weekends with friends or business trips. Our beautifully renovated two bedroomed gite with private pool is situated in the heart of the French countryside. It is located in a small hamlet but is within easy reach of the lovely market towns of Melle, Sauze Vaussais and Chef Boutonne with all the amenities: Supermarkets, boulangeries, pharmacies, bars and restaurants and weekly markets.
