It has three bedrooms on the top floor, with an additional bedroom in the basement. The main floor has a large living room, fully stocked kitchen with eating area, and den with an additional TV. The basement also has a large hang-out area, with a bar, large 65" TV and a game table. We are 40 minutes to downtown Charlotte.
