Apartment holiday rentals in Lincoln County

We spent a full week at this condo with our kids and it was wonderful! Everything was very clean and exactly what we expected. We would absolutely come back next time we are in Lincoln City.

Ships and Giggles was a great place. It was right on the beach with a great view and plenty of great restaurants nearby.

Clean, comfortable, quiet and well-stocked with a gorgeous view! The beds, furniture and decorations were very tasteful and comfortable (even the Murphy bed!). Kitchen had everything we needed, and there were plenty of linens, games, books, paper products, spices etc. The second bedroom was a little small but still comfortable. Also I didn’t realize you have to walk down the street 2 short blocks to get to beach access, as a cliff blocks you from getting to beach from backyard. That wasn’t clear in the property description.

We had such a wonderful stay! The condo was so cute, relaxing, well equipped and clean. The ocean view was great! Being able to open the balcony door and listen to the ocean as we relaxed on the couch was perfect! The kitchen had everything we needed and the bed was so comfortable! Check in and out was so easy. Close to great restaurants. We definitely would recommend staying here!

Overall, we had a wonderful stay! The view is absolutely stunning and you truly can’t get enough of it. It’s also super convenient to have direct stair access down to the beach. We ate at the seafood restaurant next door and highly recommend the clam chowder. There are also plenty of great hikes nearby; we did the Lower Cascade Head Trail, which was beautiful.

Keith was quick and responsive to our last minute booking. Carole’s Beaxh loft was in the heart of it all and the perfect Newport stay. Spacious, clean, and easy to find. I would highly recommend.

Large, fully stocked condo with incredible views and people watching. Fireplace for cozy evenings and everything you could need for a comfortable stay.

Everything you need and then some. Love the split level—especially when traveling with two families. It’s nice to be together, but also have your own space. Also, so thoughtful to have items for the pups. This is walking distance of where our family crabs so it was the perfect location too!

This is a very nice waterfront condo with great view. Short walk to beach. Beds are very comfortable. Rooms are clean. Kim is a great host, responsive and flexible. Will book this place again.

Nice place to stay needs some updating and to clean up parking lot side but overall it was fine I’d stay there again

I felt like the condo was bigger than I expected which was nice because we slept on the pull out couch while my child slept in the bedroom. It was charming and so close to the beach. Plenty of amenities that I’d expect in an air bnb plus extras for the beach which is nice. Great value for the price.

Rachel was very accommodating. Everything was as expected. A very comfortable place.

We had high expectations and they were met! The condo was clean, well furnished and had an incredible view. A wonderful walking path surrounds the grounds which we enjoyed. We even had a whale sighting from the balcony. We received immediate responses to the view questions we had. We would definitely visit again and would recommend others to do the same.

This place was beautiful with a great view. Hot tub in front of the ocean was perfect.

Perfect place to visit with a family as you have everything you need in your room for an easy vacation with kids (kitchen, laundry, more then one bathroom, site has nice walking path and basketball court, and the 3 pools are a huge plus). I wish I had more time in this location. Next time I will definitely stay longer. It was even better than the photos. Local ocean was great for seafood. Definitely visit the aquarium and all the hiking spots further south all the way to Florence. Crammed a lot of activities in my short two days thank you again for everything. I really appreciate it.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this location in Lincoln City. It was so beautiful to be able to stay somewhere looking straight out on the beach. It was probably the best vacation we have had so far with our little one. We would definitely stay here again. The only recommendation I have is possibly upgrading the shower heads or making the water pressure higher. It was a bit difficult to wash my hair, but not a big deal when lounging around at the beach.

Great place to stay in Depoe Bay with breathtaking view of the Pacific from the living room. Very well equipped with everything needed - and much more. We loved the place. Thank you so much for having us.

The Unit we stayed in was much nicer than the pictures suggest. More spacious than expected with an awesome ocean view. The complex also has three separate pools each with adjoining hot tubs. One of the pools and hot tubs is fully indoors. There are also multiple indoor recreation spaces. Great for kids.
