We enjoyed our stay! First and foremost Colin was superb! Very responsive and respectful. Many pros about the place: loved the bright bedroom, walkable to many restaurants, neighborhood felt safe, we did not travel with young kids but kids bedroom could have been fun for young kids, the parking spot provided was a huge plus. cons were loud AC, mattress was not as comfortable as one would hope. Place could use some simple aesthetic up keep. Overall, we enjoyed our star and felt very comfortable! Thank you Colin for being above and beyond host :)

The place was in a really convenient location, the place itself is really neat. The only downside is the noise from the train. But overall, it was good for our trip!

For less than the price of a hotel we got 2 BR, 2 BA, a fully stocked kitchen, wifi and on-site parking - all within walking distance to Wrigley Field, Lake View, Lincoln Park and the waterfront. The unit was extremely clean, private, easily accessible with only a few steps, and very quiet even with upstairs neighbors. Super close to Red and Brown line train and bike rental stations. Stuart thought of everything to make us comfortable. Our new favorite place to stay in Chicago!

Heather provided everything in this lovely, spacious, and comfortable place. It was deluxe, and it felt like home all at once. The driveway to park our car was so convenient! Access to Chicago's famous sights was easy, and when we returned from our adventures, there were neighborhood restaurants and venues within walking distance. We could also watch a movie on our favorite streaming services to end the evening. Whatever questions we had, Heather answered immediately and helpfully. We were grateful that we could check in early and sightsee on our first afternoon.

The time spent here was wonderful. This place has everything you need to feel at home away from home. Everything was clean and comfortable. The area was also really nice with tons of food and drinks within walking distance. The blue line is a short walk away and the busses run on the corner. I would definitely stay here again when coming back to Chicago.

The living space and the location were exactly what we needed for our stay. The location was walking distance to a wide range of restaurants. Walking distance to the lake and to Wrigley stadium. 20 minute driving distance to Loyola University. A very central location to everything in Chicago. The condo was just like the pictures. Gorgeous. Comfortable. I quickly felt right at home. I love the stunning master bedroom and master bath. We had a couple joining us, and the condo was very spacious. We all loved the kitchen stocked with Nespresso, flowers, and baked treats. Appreciate these extras. The garage is a tight fit, as stated in other reviews... but honestly, parking is a premium in Chicago. The parking spot in the garage became very much appreciated. Jeff provided us with street parking passes as well, but street parking is unpredictable. The week in Chicago was seamless and joyful for us. We loved it, and will be back.

I enjoyed my stay. The neighborhood was walkable and quiet. Check-in went smoothly and there were no issues throughout my stay. Thomas was very communicative and responsive.

The apartment was perfect. Clean, comfortable and comfortable exactly as described. The location is great. Lots to do in the neighborhood, and super easy to get the L to anywhere.

Great stay at Anne’s place. She was very communicative and went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable. We would definitely recommend to anyone coming to the Chicago area!

Feven was very responsive to all our questions in real time. The place was perfect for four adults and two kids! The place was walkable to a few restaurants and coffee shops and easily drivable to other neighborhoods. We did happen to be in the neighborhood for the PR festival, which we didn’t realize. It made traffic a little tricky but otherwise we didn’t hear too much noise from the festivities. We found a nearby coffee shop and playground which we frequented daily and met lots of friendly neighbors on our walks.

Crazy clean, super breezy place to stay. Neighborhood is fine, but not a lot of amenities. But it was a great place for us to be.

We love the place which is spacious, quiet and surrounded by the friendly neighborhood. Aldi, Target, Whole Foods are walkable distance. The layout of the house is easy for the guests from different families. Kitchen, living room, family room are popular for the gatherings. Kate is very responsible and helpful with any questions.

This was an excellent place to host a lot of visitors to Chicago! Lots to do nearby, and excellent proximity to the Red Line North/Clybourn station. The home was large, clean, and had such a nice set of helpful earplugs and towels for each bed.

Such an awesome place to stay, very safe neighborhood. Mark was very responsive in the chat and asked us if we needed anything else right after we checked in. The best part was that their is a dedicated parking space which is very convenient and easy access to the place. For sure will be checking in next time when going to Chicago.

Our stay was stress-free. The check-in was extremely easy and instructions were very detailed. Parking was a bit tight but luckily rented a smaller car so wasn’t an issue. Would definitely recommend staying here if visiting Loyola, very conveniently located with lots of shops close by. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Pablo was an incredibly responsive and helpful host, even volunteering to have us check in early. His place was spacious (can accommodate 4-5 people) and comfortable. . . really a home away from home. Had everything we needed for a 5-day stay . . washer/dryer a plus! Parking can be a challenge, but using SPOT Hero helped us identify available spots. While next to the train, the train noise was more like white noise and did not disturb us. Would definitely stay again!

I would highly recommend Michelle's listing! The listing is spacious and perfect for a couple or small family (we had our <1 year old). Michelle is communicative, all the instructions are clear, and the location is convenient.

We were very happy with the Apartment, it was clean and perfect size for 4 people. Ana was super helpful and responded immediately, we loved talking to her 😄 For me due to Images, and wrong adress on the public profile, there has been some confusion about the location of the Apartment. All in all: The views are not stunning, but the location is perfect for sightseeing (and price was great location wise)! 😉

gorgeous views and very nice condominium. great balcony and very safe. The elevators were super fast. Even though the actual location is different than the one mentioned in listing, it still wasn't disappointing. There is enough space for a small family or a couple.

Always responded quickly. When we had trouble with front door lock they came out quickly and addressed the problem.

You can walk to Northwestern University, and the surrounding environment is clean, comfortable, and pleasant.The house is fully equipped, and I love cooking in the kitchen.Our whole family had a wonderful week here.Would stay again.

Space was clean and in a charming, walkable city. The view in the living room was beautiful. The neighbors were quiet. The coffee in the condo and in the lounge was surprisingly delightful. Our group of friends had a great time, and this would be a perfect place for a family.
