Skipperhuset

🏡 Skipperhuset is the oldest house on our family farm Birkenes located in Farsund municipality. The Skipper House was built in the 19th century and has been rehabilitated several times, most recently in the spring of 2021. In collaboration with a local painting company, we are working to make the house as authentic as possible, including wallpapering the living room, kitchen and hallway with skipper house wallpaper and linseed oil paint to preserve wood, etc. The Skipperhuset has a natural place on the farm and is located wall to wall with the brewery house which has a renovated baker's oven.

The cabin is located right by the water, two canoes are included and there is also a solid rowboat. The sauna located by the jetty can be booked if desired. Free parking about 150 meters from the cabin. Nice fish in the water, no need for a fishing license.

Hidra has a lot to offer in terms of attractions, fishing and nature experiences, but is also the starting point for trips to Brufjell, Flekkefjord city, Kjeragbolten, Prekestolen and many other exciting places.

We rent out our funky house in Viga, in Spind. The house was built in 2018 and has a high standard. On the first floor there is a hallway, laundry room, TV room with sofa bed, bathroom, and three bedrooms all furnished with 2 single beds. On the second floor there is a large kitchen, living room, dining table, TV area, bedroom with double bed, and large bathroom that is associated with this bedroom. Outside there is a large terrace with a lot of space, different seating areas, jacuzzi and fire pit, and nice views!

Villa Trolldalen

Newly renovated, stylish and functional annex centrally located in Flekkefjord. It is located in a busy area, but appears well shielded and isolated. Parking right outside. Nice small and cozy patio to enjoy. Only 5 minutes walk to Flekkefjord city center and Alti center. It is also close to restaurants and cultural/outdoor activities. Extremely versatile property that is great for singles, couples, friends and families with children. Can also fit workers. Bed linen is ready, but must be put on yourself.

In The Longhouse at Lista in Farsund the cows and the swallows are you closest neighbours. From the large panoramic windows you will get a unique view of the North Sea and Norway's largest concentration of bird species. Living in this architectural gem is an experience. Cozy tree house in the trees at Harkmark for rent all year round. The cabin is well insulated and has a wood stove ready for use. Otherwise, the cabin consists of a small kitchen, toilet, one bedroom and loft with a double bed. Sofa bed with room for 2 in the living room. The outdoor area contains a large dining table, fireplace pan, and hammock. Below the cabin there is a lake where there are 8 canoes that one can borrow for free, as well as a lean-to with barbecue facilities.

Get away from the hectic everyday life and live under the stars. A unique small one-room cabin with room for 3 people. Simple kitchen with all the equipment to be able to cook. Cooktop connected to gas. Access to water in water tanks. The outdoor toilet is about 15 meters from the cabin. You just have to provide yourself with firewood during your stay. Tenants receive directions to the cabin. It is a 10-minute walk from the parking lot to the cabin.
