Lillstugan

Lillstugan is one of the houses on our small farm. The house dates back to the 18th century and has been renovated in recent years with retained older country style. Three bedrooms, the large upstairs has double bed, the smaller two single beds. One bedroom with single bed on first floor. The kitchen is modernly equipped. Large garden with outdoor furniture. On the farm there are sheep and cows. At the lake, about 150 meters from the house, there is a swimming jetty. Rowboat and sauna to rent. Close to meadows forest and walking paths.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful newly renovated home located individually in a rural setting. Only 30 meters to natural pastures, the forest right next door and views out over the fields. 2.5 km to the nearest municipal swimming area and 3.5 km to the next one. Possibility to find your own swimming area in nature is 1 km away. Nice bike paths, walking paths and nice nature right at your doorstep. The accommodation is a wing building on the farm with private parking, garden and entrance secluded from the main building.

Quiet and peaceful accommodation just a mile outside Linköping. The accommodation is fully furnished with sleeping places for 6 people in the form of a three single beds, a sofa bed with room for two and a sofa. The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, etc. There is a terrace with associated table and chairs overlooking fields. Two bathrooms with shower. Linen and towels are not included. Free wifi access. Cleaning of the property must be done before departure.

En idyll med sjöutsikt. Första parkett med stor terrass och utsikt över sjön Roxen och Linköpings stadssiluett. Oavsett säsong njuter du av kuperade skogar och ängar. En kort promenad leder till sjön, stranden och allmän badplats. 18 minuter till Linköpings centrum och 5 minuter till Göta kanals största attraktion, Bergs slussar. Notera att sovrum 5 är genomgång till sovrum 3 och 4. Huset har badrum, extra WC samt separat dusch med bastu och bubbelbad. Passar 5–6 gäster vid längre vistelser.

Here you live nicely in a spacious house in a quiet area close to Göta Canal and walking distance to Berg's locks. Proximity to nature, lakes and swimming. Large patio and patio with barbecue grill. Parking for two cars and the possibility to charge an electric car. You can easily get into Linköping city center by bus (about 20 minutes) or by car (10-15 minutes by car) Real beds for 6 people but extra beds and sofa bed I can accommodate up to 9 people. Rent only for a minimum of 3 nights
