Apartment holiday rentals in Linz-Land District

Nachdem wir leider schon einmal unseren Aufenthalt bei Birgit & Franz stornieren mussten, hat es diesmal geklappt. Angefangen über die sehr freundliche Kommunikation und den sehr flexiblen Check-in, über das herzliche Willkommen durch die Gastgeber, war die Wohnung perfekt ausgestattet und sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Wir durften auch die Fahrräder in dem Carport unterbringen. Da man direkt am Donau-Radweg wohnt, bietet es sich an, mit Fahrrädern anzureisen. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt - wir haben uns richtig wohlgefühlt. Lieben Dank an die Gastgeber Birgit & Franz.

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, die Gastgeber sind hilfreich, kommunikativ und unterstützen in allen Belangen. Perfekte Basis, um Ausflüge zu starten, harmonisch möbliert, liebevoll ausgestattet, ein wunderbarer Ort für historisch Interessierte, Naturfreunde, Kunstliebhaber. Die ganze Familie lebt Gastfreundschaft mit Herz und Seele, dafür den besten Dank ! Wir kommen gern wieder!

I had an amazing experience! The place was clean, cozy, and in a great location. Julia was always attentive and made sure my stay was perfect. Highly recommended!

Erittäin ilahduttava vastaanotto asunnossa oli kaikki ajateltu valmiiksi, kuten esimerkiksi lapsille ja koirille herkut valmiiksi sekä koirille peti yms. Tilava ja toimiva majoitus ainakin meidän nelihenkiselle perheelle ja kahdelle koiralle. Ei mitään moitittavaa, pelkästään hyvää sanottavaa. Erittäin ystävällishenkinen ja rauhallinen alue, takapihalla lapsille erittäin mukava leikkialue. Majoittajat erittäin ystävällisiä ja reagoivat erinomaisesti viesteihin. Voimme lämpimästi suositella tätä kohdetta.

Richard's place was exactly as described - contemporary, clean, comfortable. Lots and lots of storage space, well stocked with essentials in both the bathroom and kitchen, and all the facilities/electronics worked. It's a peaceful area - no buses from Linz late in the evening, but I always felt safe walking alone at night. And I enjoyed the road-side stall selling flowers and vegetables, just a minute or 2 down the road.

Volle Punkte- einfach ideal. Und dann noch ein kleiner liebevoller Garten[mit Kräutern) Volles Vertrauen den Gästen gegenüber- das jann man nur wertschätzen .

I had an amazing stay at Isabella’s place. The location was great, close to the beautiful park, shops, train station, cathedral and the old town. The apartment itself is like it was described, spacious and sunny. The bed was pretty soft, but this is the way how I like, it so I had the most amazing sleep there! It’s also rather quiet inside despite the location. The apartment is extremely good equipped especially the kitchen, you will find here everything you need. Oh and the views are nice too :) Isabella is a very communicative and responsive host, carrying for her guests. She left some welcoming notes for me at the apartment - that is always appreciated. I recommend!

Das Apartment war sehr geschmackvoll, neu und modern eingerichtet. Alles war sauber. Die Kommunikation verlief problemlos. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt und zentral. Alles Top!!!

Ich brauchte kurzfristig spät abends eine Unterkunft und bin aufrecht auf Erwins Bauernhof aufmerksam geworden. Die Buchung hat super schnell geklappt und Minuten später war alles geregelt. Leider konnte ich die tolle ruhige Umgebung nicht erkunden weil es schon früh morgens Eier ging. Ich hatte eine sehr erholsame Nacht und habe mich sofort wohl gefühlt

Amazing time at the great place that looked so cool, like every piece of furniture has its own story. Beautiful fireplace and the turn in dinning table into a pool table. We enjoyed pool games and we had a beautiful time at all. Location was also perfect for us as our staying in Linz was connected to a Linz Hafen. A big thank you to Wolfgang who is a great host, very cool, easy going and helpful! If our paths cross towards Linz again, this will again be our place

Sehr schöne & ruhige Lage, super Kommunikation + Wohnung für 4-6 Personen.

Die Unterkunft ist sauber. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich. Alles hat gepasst. Es ist alles, was man für einen Kurzaufenthalt braucht, vorhanden. Das Zentrum von Bad Schallerbach ist in 3-5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ebenso befinden sich in direkter Nähe ein Billa und ein Spar, sowie ein Bankomat. Eine klare Empfehlung für einen Kurzaufenthalt von bis zu 4 Personen. Einzige Idee, die ich noch habe: eine Nachttischlampe in jedem Schlafzimmer wäre toll ;-) Ansonsten alles Bestens!

Traumhaft🤩 Die Wohnung von Tanja ist sehr geräumig und liebevoll eingerichtet! Tanja ist eine super nette und aufmerksame Gastgeberin! Die Wohnung ist makellos sauber und super ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist stadtnahe gelegen und sehr sehr ruhig! Die einzelnen Räume sind mit Fliegengitter ausgestattet und mit Rollläden komplett zum Verdunkeln. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sichein Kindertisch mit Mal- und Spielsachen und Büchern für Jung und Alt, was das Highlight für meine 2,5 Jahre alte Tochter war. Tanja hat die Wohnung nicht nur liebevoll eingerichtet, sondern auch mit vielen Details versehen. Es gab Wickelutensilien, ein Nachtlicht und auch zum Baden Badezusatz und Zubehör für unsere Tochter, am Esstisch und in der Küche warteten frische Blumen auf uns … Wir haben uns von Anfang an super wohl und Zuhause gefühlt und können daher egal ob Alleinreisenden, Pärchen oder auch Familien diese Unterkunft und Tanja als Gastgeberin nur empfehlen! 🌷 Danke liebe Tanja - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Our three week long stay at Josefine's was very comfortable with everything in the apartment that we needed. As I was travelling with my daughter we wanted somewhere with 2 bedrooms and this apartment was hands down a great deal compared to other two bedroomed accommodation in Linz. Josefine is a very obliging host and goes out of her way to be helpful. Thank you Josefine 😃

Schönes Apartment, kurzer Fußweg zur Donau.

Saubere Unterkunft. Alles wie auf dem Fotos beschrieben. Josef war immer freundlich und stets bemüht das alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit war. Würden immer wieder kommen👌😊

The place is clean and cozy. The tram stop is just 2 minutes away, and it's only one stop to the main train station from there. We were very happy with our choice to stay at Sabina's place for our trip to Linz and will definitely come back next time!

Die Wohnung ist groß, hat zwei Balkone und befindet sich in einer günstigen Lage. Der Bahnhof ist 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, und die wichtigsten Haltestellen der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind in der Nähe. Herrliche Aussicht auf die Stadt und die Berge. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
