Booked this for a group of 9 people to stay for 3 nights, it was absolutely amazing. We had a big area all to ourselves, when we arrived there were two lovely ladies who met us and answered all our questions. They gave us a tour of the whole house showed us all rooms and bathrooms and made us feel at home. It is definitely more than enough for 9 people, the pool area is great for relaxing and it looks out over the garden, very peaceful. Everyone loved the place, would definitely stay again

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt in dieser Villa. Das Haus war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage war ruhig und angenehm, mit tollem Ausblick. Besonders positiv ist uns die gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber aufgefallen – freundlich, zuverlässig und schnell erreichbar. Wir haben uns wirklich wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Very friendly, polite host, always replied quickly. Even drove us to Bangrak beach when Bolt driver cancelled our ride because of road works (these road works were a bit inconvenient). The villa is beautiful, clean, spacy, as in pictures. The location of Dreamland residence is a bit unhandy If you don't hire car/motorcycle. We traveled by ordering Bolt, often drivers couldn't find the right way. But the beach is approximately 2 km away and many other places of interest. Electricity is a bit expensive (not included in the reservation cost). Pool was great, clean. Villa was good equipped. It was private and exactly as in pictures.

Tanya has truly thought of every detail — from the little spoon in the laundry powder jar, to the perfectly placed paper towel holder, a fan in the kitchen, and mosquito nets on every window that are easy to use. It’s rare to see this level of attention to detail, and it made our stay incredibly comfortable. Tanya is a professional host and a genuinely kind, easygoing person with excellent English. She’s friendly but never intrusive. She’s created an entire ecosystem around the stay — we rented a brand-new bike from her, she arranged our transfer, helped us store our luggage, and more. We also really appreciated that cleaning was included. The internet was very stable throughout our stay, only briefly affected (2–3 minutes) about once a week when the whole neighborhood lost power. The location is lovely — a peaceful, family-friendly area just steps from the sea, a gym, and great restaurants. The house is surrounded by trees and birds, which creates a safe and calming atmosphere.

I couldnt say enough nice things about the Villa. The Villa was clean and had everything needed to make one comfortable. The Host was very nice and more than accommodating. The space was cleaned on the 4th night, which was included with the stay and was much appreciated. The Villa is located within the small local neighborhood within Bo Put. My only complaint would be the unfinished, rocky/sandy road that leads to the villa. You must be cautious as it is very easy to fall on your scooter, as i did.

La maison elle-même est magnifique, parfaitement équipée et d’un confort irréprochable. Les commodités sont idéales pour un séjour relaxant. Et que dire de la vue ? Juste incroyable ! Chaque jour, j’ai pu profiter d’un paysage à couper le souffle. Je recommande cette adresse sans hésitation et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir

Amazing Villa

Perfect Villa, we were supposed to stay 5 nights, we finally decided to stay 5 days more. The location is perfect: near lamai (3min in scooter) and near the main road that crosses the island from east to west. The neighbourhood is really quiet and the villa absolutely amazing. The people managing the house are very nice and very reactive. A great great moment there !

We had a lovely stay in the villa and the host and staff were excellent in making our stay as comfortable as they could. They arranged Mr Nuy (local taxi) to get us from the airport and he was fantastic so we used him for all our evening journies. Highly recommend!

Sehr schöne Villa mit privaten Pool Es wurde sich super um uns gekümmert und bei Fragen bekommt man jederzeit Hilfe. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Gerne wieder.

Wir waren als Familie für 4 Wochen in der Unterkunft und wir fühlten uns richtig zu Hause. Das Haus und die Anlage sind in echt noch viel schöner und besser als auf den Fotos. Elisa ist sehr nett und äusserst hilfsbereit. Wir fühlten uns immer sehr wohl und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!!

We had a group of six friends stay here and it was perfect. The view with the infinity pool is incredible, and Theresa and her team were so communicative and accomodating. The location is up mountain/hill of sorts, and so there isn’t much in walking distance, which was peaceful and fine for us but worth flagging. Overall, I can’t recommend the place enough and we are very grateful for the opportunity to stay here.

Diese Unterkunft war mehr wie wir erwartet haben. Nicht nur, dass man herzlich und persönlich (aber trotzdem flexibel) in Empfang genommen wurde - wir hatten den Transfer mit gebucht - wir wurden auch mit zusätzlichen Infos rund um versorgt. Was ich besonders hervorheben möchte ist zusätzlich zu dem professionellen Umgang mit uns auch die einfache und schnelle Kommunikation mit der Gästebetreuung. Wir waren etwa eine Woche vor Ort und obwohl es wirklich ausreichend Handtücher gab, wurde die Unterkunft inklusive Pool 2x gereinigt und die Handtücher getauscht. Darüber wurden wir vorab via Messenger-Service informiert sowie die entsprechende Uhrzeit kommuniziert. Es war einfach, unkompliziert und wir konnten uns wunderbar entspannen. Mit Roller ist alles einfach zu erreichen, aber auch für den ersten oder den letzten Tag kann man problemlos das Nötigste zu Fuß erreichen. Taxiservice usw. wird außerdem von der Unterkunft angeboten. 100% Empfehlung - wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Great place to stay, definitely worth the money. It has a swimming pool which is clean and always free. Greg is super host and helped us with any questions. Location is perfect only if you have bike or car, without it difficult to get to the beach and main road. The delivery of food is also not working just 2-3 places. The only minus is the smell in the bathroom and a little smell of cigarettes in the room.

I’ve had a wonderful stay. The accommodation is located in a quiet part of the island, but still close to beautiful beaches and waterfalls. The surroundings are stunning, so many butterflies and a very quiet, peaceful atmosphere. Very kind staff, and the tie-dye workshop with the host’s mother, who is truly lovely, made the experience extra special.

Superbe séjour à Ko Samui chez Sorada ! Petite maison cocooning avec une vue superbe et surtout paisible ! Tout est à côté de la maison ( laundry, 7/11 , resto , marché nocturne ) Nous avons loué 2 scooters à Sorada qui nous a permis de faire le tour de l’île et d’être autonome ! Tout était parfait 👍 ! I can’t express it in words - this place is a sanctuary!! It is so clean and maintained. You are surrounded by the incredible jungle and palm trees (yes nature sounds included which i loved!!) you cannnot see or hear a single neighbour and there is honestly hardly ever traffic, cant hear anything other then beautiful rain (when it does) and insects, birds! Great undercover balcony! Not to mention the view!! You see Koh tao when it’s clear (i did everyday in may!) Natty and Joffrey go ABOVE & BEYOND to help and to explain everything and give local knowledge. They booked a taxi for me from the airport to the home, my driver Youi was so beautiful! Nice to see a woman taxi driver. They helped me with a scooter accident, let me store luggage, they are honestly the most helpful and welcoming hosts I’ve ever had! I really didn’t want to leave. This place is something very special and for the ridiculously low price you’d be silly to not!! Maenam is way better spot too, less touristy!

Ich war vier Wochen in der Villa und es war Entspannung pur. Es war alles so wie beschrieben. Der Privatstrand ist sensationell und einzigartig und zu Fuß in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Mit einem Lieferdienst kann man sich alles mögliche sehr schnell direkt in die Villa liefern lassen oder man geht von der Villa direkt mit dem Taxi in eine andere Location - das war sehr komfortabel. Der Standort der Villa ist in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, ich habe es sehr gemocht und kann es weiterempfehlen wenn man Ruhe und Entspannung sucht. Der Pool und der kleine Gartenbereich um die Villa herum gibt einem Luft zum atmen und man fühlt sich nicht eingesperrt. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und wäre gerne noch geblieben. the villa and especially the pool were picture perfect. we reached there exactly around the sunset timing and first view in itself was a sight for sore eyes. it's cozy witha beautiful view and surrounded by nature and wildlife. Vladimir was a friendly and great host. Looking forward to a longer stay here for sure
