It is located at Solar Agua, about 10 min walk, more than you expected for the listing's description and address. It was a bit of moldy-smelling when we entered. Other than that, it's a comfortable and tasty place.

Everything was very good, location, stay, environment. Ana was attentive and available to help when I needed it. I recommend it. I will definitely come back again.

Our stay was good! The hostess, Ane, was extremely communicative and friendly from the moment we arrived, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The only point that left us a little dissatisfied, but which we understand to be fair under the circumstances, was the structure of the building. As it is located in an old quarter, the facilities such as elevator and corridors were not in the best condition. However, this did not significantly compromise our experience, especially considering the excellent cost-benefit offered. In general, we can say that this is undoubtedly one of the best options in Ponta Negra. The combination of an attentive host like Ane and the facilities.

Ideal apartment for those who want to make the center of Pipa on foot. Mega differential have an on-site parking, but prepare to be approached by 300 people until you get there, don't stop. The location on the map takes you to the street next door, needing to return for 15 minutes by car because it is opposite, this needs to be corrected. The resort is very beach and nothing luxury, it has everything you need to relax and the opportunity to have coffee (30 reais) there right next to the terrace pool. I liked it a lot :) Elara is an excellent host, it treated us well and helped us find some tours, it has several contacts and is super responsive. It would return for sure

Wonderful apartment, comfortable, clean, sleeps 4 people easily. Part of the kitchen has everything. You can make breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a convenience store inside the condominium where you can make the necessary purchases. Wonderful laser area with 4 heated pools. Restaurant in the leisure area until 10 p.m. Playroom, game room, beauty salon, whirlpool room. Priscila Anfritian was wonderful, giving us her full attention. Extremely safe condominium.

I had an amazing experience staying at Eduardo Fernandes’s property. The space was exactly as described, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Eduardo was very responsive and accommodating to all my needs. The location was perfect—close to everything I wanted to see, but still quiet and I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

The accommodation in this flat is very good, the host is super receptive, gives tips and guidance…everything was clean and well organized when we arrived, it is a cozy and very pleasant flat to stay in to relax and enjoy the beach…it is close to everything: beaches, main street, restaurants, market, pharmacy, etc…and the view from the flat is perfect! We will certainly be back!

The flat has an excellent location and has an amazing view of the sea. Additionally, the facilities are good, the flat appears to be new and has good infrastructure. Communication with Eleonora was super easy and was always available to help. I will stay again and recommend it to those who want to visit Christmas.

Comfortable place is close to everything. The flat is equipped and easily supports a longer stay. I just highlight dissatisfaction with the TV, which has repeatedly presented problems. However, I felt safe and comfortable.

Excellent location, neat and tidy, cozy... Waking up with the view over the bald hill and a table on the balcony to admire the view of how much coffee we were drinking was too perfect! and the host was a cute, left a momo for gnt and responded to us quickly! we sure will be back!!

I felt at home, very comfortable, wonderful bed, excellent sofa bed, easy access to the beach, restaurants, we were super satisfied, Paulo was very quick to answer our questions, chekin super easy, love, come back again.

The place was exactly like the pictures, and when I arrived everything was spotless. Luciano was not only friendly, but very proactive. He got in touch with me before my arrival and left very clear instructions on how to access the unit, which was extremely easy. I told him I was coming from another Airbnb in a different section of the City, and without me asking he offered an early check in since the unit was already vacant and ready for me the night before. I cook every day, so I was very happy with the full sized fridge/freezer, and the kitchen had everything you could possibly want. The location was obviously amazing, and since i had problems with insects in other locations in natal i was extremely happy with the cleanliness. Also anytime i needed needed new linens/towels luciano was extremely easy to coordinate with.. He was always very detailed in his communication, accommodating of my schedule, and very punctual. Overall my best experience in Natal!
