A great spot to stay. Once inside it was very cozy and homey, with all your needs being met. It was centrally located, which made it easy to access many spots while we were there. Troy was easy to communicate with and was quick to respond. The beds are on the soft side but this is not a complaint, just an FYI for those with back problems. I feel it’s important to let people know this . My husband has problems with his back but still found it comfortable to sleep in. I would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation. Beth

It was a great place to stay for a few days while I waited for my apartment. Colson was an excellent host and always answered my questions promptly and accommodatingly. This charming older house is in a great location if you're new to Lloydminster.

We had a great stay at this home. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The hosts were kind and respectful, and the communication was easy and smooth. Even though it’s a shared property, we had full privacy and felt completely at home. We especially appreciated how understanding they were about our situation. Every expectation was met. Multiple Comfy beds & couches, entertainment provided, and clean linens.

My wife and I, along with our two young kids, stayed at Megan's place. We were unsure whether to book a hotel or use Airbnb, and I’m glad we chose Megan's place. It was a great, cozy, spacious area with privacy and at a lower cost. The place was very clean, and everything we needed was there, which definitely made me feel at home. Megan was super responsive and made herself available in case we had any questions or needed help. The location was just 10-15 minutes from everything we needed in town. Megan also went the extra mile to find us a babysitter during our daughter's surgery, which was a huge help that we really appreciated. I highly recommend this place for peace of mind and great value for such a spacious accommodation.

Everything was exactly as described. Easy to check-in and check-out. Wifi worked perfectly. Stayed just to sleep and shower as we were out doing wedding party activities for both days. Quiet area, not too much noise besides the train tracks but didn’t hear them the entire stay. Easy going place. Loved the calmness. Thanks!

I am a regular at Troy’s space. It’s always my home base in Lloyd. I feel very lucky to have someone so dedicated to being a great host and always make me feel at home! Everything was clean and comfortable and all the amenities needed to enjoy a very snowy weekend. The neighbourhood is super quiet so it makes for a wonderful sleep!
