Beachfront holiday rentals in Loay

We stayed here for a week for our anniversary and it was very peaceful relaxing. The staff were very helpful. I’d recommend hiring the scooter out as it made it very easy to get around and enjoy the island

Responsive, and has clear instructions

The place is clean.. they were so accommodating. Total privacy even if you go swimming overnight. The owner even gave us a box of tasty bread for breakfast. Thank you

The place was absolutely beautiful. It really feels good to wake up, open the door, and just dive in. The beach was so clean! I loved how friendly and accommodating the staff were. :) and I loved their complimentary breakfast too! The only thing I wish I was told beforehand was the wifi. Their rooms don't have wifi access. You can only access it when you are at their restaurant (you don't need to order anything to access the wifi) but it would've been amazing if the connection reaches the room (which is just right beside the restaurant) 😄 their food were also cheap and delicious! It just takes quite long to wait. I was the only guest that morning and I had to wait 35 minutes for my pasta 😅 but I loved their Spanish latte! It's a must! Overall, it was an amazing stay. Beautiful location. Just not suitable for working travelers who need wifi to function 😆

We really like the place , cozy and comfy , The staffs are so helpful and friendly. The only i have a problem , slow to response when i asked something, it took few days to reply. In my last message , never reply. We arrived 1pm the check in is 2 pm . They never considerate the 1 hr early. We should wait until 2 otherwise we should leave our stuff in the bar. Which we dont like. But all in all , was great to stay coz the place is cozy and comfy.

The best person at the reception, this woman is simply very kind and helpful. She made my stay better. The room was decent and fairly clean. The accommodation is in a great location, I highly recommend it!

The place is bigger than I expected. Very comfortable to stay and as much as we can we just want to stay at home to chill. I will definitely booked this place again and refer to everyone. This place is for big group of friends and family.

Everything was good! The location is perfect. They offer a free shuttle service from and to Alona beach. You can also choose to walk (around 10 minutes walk). The pool in the premises is accessible anytime. You can also access the pool of the hotel they are associated with for free (Bohol Dolphin Bay Resort). The staff were very friendly and helpful. Kitchen and laundry are functioning. No aircon in the living room, but it’s okay. TV is working as well. Overall, a good stay. Will go there again if given the chance.

The charged bill of the electrcity is understandable since the rate of the electric company is quite high. all in all my experience in the place is so far great. Place will recharge you sea windy breeze, view is amazing and the place is so solemn my mind is full charge. Thanks jake and ate erma all in all the price is justified the electricity bill.

The place is great, quiet and peaceful. Great for relaxation. The host/ owners are very accommodating. Their place has electricity already and a backup generator. Nothing to worry about the effect of typhoon, they are ready to serve.

Perfect area just outside of Alona beach hub. Beds were perfect and room was squeaky clean

We had a great time in the resort. It is very close (around 10 min walk) to the Alona beach and the city centre and a short tuktuk ride to the Beach of Bohol. It was very private and quiet which was great and there are shops, restaurants, and bars in the close proximity. Staff were so professional and lovely, always ready to help with anything. There is a lot of cockroaches in Philippines which is impossible to escape, especially if you choose a resort that does not have a layout like a traditional hotel but rather terrace rooms that feels like a part of nature. The ladies always helped to catch the roaches, they had a fantastic strategy for it and were very apologetic, however that is just the nature of the island (quite literally). The room was super clean and cleaned every day. They also sprayed the room with the bug killers as they figured I was scared of insect. Overall it was very private, quiet, and accessible location and we could not recommend this place enough.

Loved our stay! Staff were awesome - super friendly, very attentive and helpful. the place was clean, comfy. FWIW it's actually a small resort with little villas (called Flower Garden Resort). We did not know that - and thus initially could not find the place. Eventually a stranger walking past to help us find it - as the building mapped to the airBNB listing is actually a few doors down.

I've been using private homes in Philippines before, 3 or 4 times. This stay at Salome's place is by far the best. A beautiful home, clean, with all amenities you could ever wish for (tv, aircon, big living room, 2 large bedrooms, Netflix, patio, private beach with sitting area to watch the sunset, kitchen, yes even a house gekko! I cannot recommend this one too much. Only negative thing (if I must) is the lack of parking space but we managed fine anyway. It's near the road, so expect little noise on occasion, but as you close the door, all is gone and you can enjoy your stay there flawlessly with your family and/or friends. As the host, Salome was super friendly and warm, it might be because my wife is from the local area, but nevertheless Salome made sure we didn't lack anything and helped in all matters. 10/10 stay. If we ever go to Valencia, Bohol again, I won't choose elsewhere to spend my nights.

The unit is simple one room, clean, comfortable, air conditioner, quiet, right next to small public beach, and across from new resort, with public beach, and restaurants.

I can say only positive things about this airbnb. It was the best Airbnb in the Philippines. It’s modern and beautiful. Rose is so friendly and helpful. She helped us with renting a bike, with organising a trip and even the taxi to the port.

wouldn't choose any other place to stay with my friends. Jesa even gave us extra time post checkout to wait for our flight. 10/10

Great location and amenities. Host was easy to talk with.

The place was very big, better than staying in a small hotel room and had a nice large outside balcony. Air-conditioning and Wi-Fi worked well. We liked that it had all the amenities you need for cooking and reheating and having a fridge freezer to have cold drinks with ice was great. The garden was well kept and the shared pool was very clean and inviting. The host was very responsive to a few queries we had and the spa bath was a nice touch, we only used it once on our last night wish I had tried it earlier. Guard there 24 hours and the maintenance / gardener guy was very friendly. Nice place away from the noise and not too far of a walk to Alona beach area, no real need for a tricycle but they are available just out side the gate most times. Just watch that you don't get over charged like our first trip, we new the going rate from then on. Hired a car for a day/night and was able to park it securely for only 100 peso a day. I think if you rent motor bike Its free.

First and foremost, the host's communication and responsiveness is top-notch even before reserving or booking and after the stay. Check-in was a breeze. Place was sparkling clean with a modern and thoughtful touch and complete with amenities. Host was very hospitable, quick to response, and even had a ton of local tips. Location was perfect near the best beaches in Panglao - Alona, Dumaluan, and Libaong . Also walking distance to restaurants, bars, food stores, McDonalds, banks, remittance, and Alona beach.
