Apartment in a gated condominium with designer common areas. Fully equipped and decorated. With air conditioning in the bedrooms. The condo is located on the second line. To access the beach there is a pass in front. (Approx. 300 meters) Some rules to consider: - It's a family condo. No parties or smoking. - I do not allow bookings for groups of young people where at least one or more are between 18 and 25 years old. - 1 small pet (max 6kg) is allowed inside the apartment

It has Private parking and we are located less than 3 KM from the Mancora's Town. The RATE INCLUDES a private cook in charge of cooking exquisite Peruvian and international food, WIFI, BBQ area, cleaning service and 24-hour concierge, the guest only pays the supplies.

The Suite is a large room with balcony, located in a high point 300 meters from Mancora surf-point, with access to pool and terrace and an amazing view to the sea over the trees. It is made of natural materials with fine finishes. The bathroom is large and beautiful. The suite is equipped with Wi-fi, Direct TV, fridge, boiler and coffee-maker. Additional rooms are available within the property according to the number of guests. The maximum capacity is 10.

Enjoy Vichayito- Whale Watching Season

Apartment inside a Private Condominium with a single entry/exit. It has a beautiful ocean view due to how close it is from the shore as shown in the pictures. The Condominium has excellent common spaces such as a pool with sun loungers, wood stove and green areas. There is also parking spaces in front of the apartment and easy access to unload all luggage. The beach is only 50 meters away from the Condominium. Whale Watching Season until October 31.
