Sandra’s place was really lovely….in rooms above where the family are. The house was pristine and the room was exceptionally comfortable. The views were lovely too🤩 Sandra provides a great breakfast and liked after us really well. Thanks for a great stay ☺️

Nice, super clean, comfortable. Farther away from town so you’ll need a car as there are no cooking facilities. When we arrived there was a note to call to check in. With no local mobile number, I was concerned we would be stuck outside, fortunately one of the contact numbers has whatsup enabled. The snacks were a really nice touch!

Wat een gastvrije en vriendelijke host is Anne. Fijn ontvangst, schone en ruime kamer. Badkamer deelden we maar dat wisten we. Er was een aparte zitkamer met geweldig uitzicht! Zeer rustig gelegen en op loopafstand winkel en restaurantjes. Ontbijt was ons beste ontbijt tot nu toe in Schotland. Uitgebreid en met liefde klaargemaakt. Aanrader!!!

Super nuit dans cette chambre chez Jackie. Tout était propre, confortable, l'odeur de la maison est incroyable, elle fait brûler des bougies ce qui rend l'atmosphère très cosy. Hôte très sympathique même si nous n'avons pas pu beaucoup discuter. Petit snack pour le petit déjeuner dans la chambre suffisant (fruits, barres de céréales, avoine, thé, café) Ullapool est aussi un chouette village, nous avons apprécié le calme et aller à pieds au restaurant Seaforth pour manger un Fish&chips et un Cullen Skink. Je recommande !

A Truly Unforgettable Stay – Like Visiting Family in Scotland. Our stay at John’s B&B in Kinlochleven was nothing short of exceptional. After a long and rainy walk, we were welcomed with such warmth and kindness that it truly felt like coming home. John went above and beyond to help us get dry and comfortable again – his hospitality was genuine, thoughtful, and deeply appreciated. The room was incredibly cozy, the beds were wonderfully comfortable, and everything – from the bathroom to the kitchen – was spotless. You can tell this home is cared for with great pride & attention to detail. Breakfast was absolutely amazing and set us up perfectly for the next day’s walk. It wasn’t just the food, but the way John seemed to know exactly what we needed before we even asked. His intuitive sense of when to offer a friendly chat or when to give space was remarkable. It felt more like visiting a beloved Uncle John in Scotland than staying at a B&B. It was a truly heartwarming experience. Thanks.

We had a wonderful evening at Maggie's place. We had spent a wet day hiking in Glencoe, so it was so nice to arrive to a clean place to stay. Our room was spacious and we were very comfortable. Our bathroom was clean and had everything we needed. The views from our room were spectacular! Our in room breakfast was an added bonus! Thank you for a great stay!

Staying at Neil's was great! He was helpful with suggestions for hikes and directions. They provided a wonderful breakfast and the town was lovely, the views amazing. Thanks Neil for a terrific stay!

Otroligt vacker kyrka, entré, hall och rum. Trädgården var mysig och väl genomtänkt. Vi kände oss hemma. Värden Kris var snäll och inkännande. Lyxigt med frukosten som ingick. Vi är supernöjda.

Excellent séjour, parfait serait également une bonne description. Le logement est magnifique, la chambre et la salle de bain sont propres et très joliment décorées. Tout était propre. L’accueil était particulièrement charmant et les hôtes sont adorables et de bons conseils. Le petit déjeuner est également très bon. Rien à redire, je recommande tout particulièrement.

This really was the best place to stay! First, you have a great host. Lawrence is accommodating, helpful, and great conversation. He made dinner reservations before we even got there. The restaurants were amazing! The actual stay was restful and we had some of the best sleep of our trip. There was also really nice lounge area and we spent hours talking to others! This is truly a gem and we hope to go at least one more time in our lifetime.

Carolyn and Ben are very kind Hosts. They truly care about their guests and we felt welcome and at home. The place is so peaceful and cosy, it was almost difficult to leave. We would highly recommend this place!

The property was well maintained, spotless and comfortable. The location was beautiful. The breakfast most enjoyable with great choice - everything thought of and available without having to ask. Bed extremely comfortable and lovely thick towels in bathroom. Would highly recommend this guest house and would definitely stay there again when next in area.

High quality accommodation, fantastic breakfast in a beautiful room overlooking the garden and located in a really nice village. Make sure you book dinner at a local restaurant as they do appear to book out. This is a highly recommended B and B.

We had a great stay with Chris! The location was ideal…only a ~7min walk to the bridge and access to restaurants and other city offerings. The room was clean, comfortable and well stocked with yummy snacks (& even a little whiskey!). Chris definitely knows how to make a delicious made-to-order breakfast! I appreciated his communication l, not just during our stay but even before our arrival, making some great suggestions of places to see along our drive to Inverness. Chris is a wonderful host…we enjoyed chatting with him each day!

I had a wonderful stay at Sarah and Yorick's home that has been built with much thought and love. They have done a great job at carving out a safe space, which is further amplified by the vast nature and stillness at the doorstep. Meals using vegetables from the garden with other guests facilitated eclectic discussions and I learned a lot. A great wee get-away.

Excellent B&B! We stayed in the Balmoral room, which was very spacious, had a charming patio overlooking gorgeous pastures and mountains. The bathroom was also large and lovely! Very comfortable bedding and access to good wifi, TV, and tea cart when winding down at night. The breakfast was phenomenal! Absolutely loved the eggs benedict, the home cooking and baking was superb. Wish we stayed longer than 2 nights! Hosts were friendly and had good recommendations for local diners and activities.

Gunta's B&B was perfect for our single night stay. It was a simple drive from Inverness and made for an enjoyable rest before continuing our journey. The staff were really friendly and the breakfast was fabulous. We felt completely at home.

I had to get used to the new style of B&B nowadays in Scotland. You get everything but a breakfast. This is quite useful, if you like to do some walks that are taking some hours and you don't like to wait for a normal breakfast time to start your walk. Staying with Robert was great, as you have a lot of space. A big kitchen for your own style of breakfast, a living room to meet other guest. Thanks a lot, we would love to come again.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was small but spotlessly clean, with a private bathroom. We especially enjoyed the peaceful conservatory, where we could relax with a cup of tea and have warm, friendly chats with our lovely host, Catherine. She’s incredibly kind, welcoming, and a joy to talk to – her presence made our stay even more special. The location was quiet and just what we were looking for. Breakfast was generous and delicious. Thank you for such a memorable stay!

Schone ruimte, vriendelijke ontvangst en alles was aanwezig. Goed ontbijt en Colin zorgt dat je alles hebt wat je nodig hebt. Zeker een aanrader!
