Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

On a farmyard in the middle of the greenery is a charming wooden cottage with Het Bloemenhuisje. The French doors give access to a private terrace, from where you have a view of the beautiful scenery of the Achterhoek. Here, the deer walk through the backyard, you start a clog path walk from the cottage or cycle the 8 castles route. It is a place to relax, to step out of the world for a while. Give yourself a few days of doing nothing and do what you feel like doing.

't Ganzennest: This fully furnished detached cottage is located in the outskirts of the 8-castle village of Vorden. Due to its location, it is ideal for hikers, cyclists and nature lovers. A bicycle shed is provided. The cottage is heated or cooled downstairs by an air conditioner. The sleeping loft is unheated and really cold in winter. There is an electric radiator. In short, enjoy this beautiful area. Not suitable for those with disabilities. Without breakfast.

A beautiful, self-built, log cabin, furnished for 2 people. It is located in the Stavasterbos, a small park, near Lochem. The log cabin has one double room with a 1.80 wide bed with 2 duvets. The cottage has a garden of approximately 350 m2. There is a bistro in the park. There are no other general amenities. The cottage is 3 km from the city center and is adjacent to a beautiful forest area. There is a small shed available to store 2 bicycles if necessary.

Since July 2020, our guest house has been open for bookings: A renovated old barn, located on the grounds of our 1804 farm, located on 4.5 acres of grassland. Ideal for 1-4 people, a 5th guest is welcome. 2 double beds + 1 stretcher. On request: 1 cot and 1 travel bed. It is completely independent. The barn has been renovated while retaining original materials, trendy interior and amazing views of our garden. * Our garden can also be booked as a shoot location

Relax in a quiet area, close to Hanzestad Zutphen. The detached cottage is located on the property of a farmhouse. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with open kitchen (kitchen island) with dishwasher, induction hob, refrigerator and combination microwave. Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with a double bed and a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and toilet. On the 1st floor is a loft (open connection) with a double bed.

Our guesthouse with a classic, yet modern interior offers you a relaxing stay in nature, near the Hanseatic city of Zutphen and the tourist village of Gorssel. Inside there is a living room with fireplace, kitchen, bathroom and separate bedroom. It has a private terrace with an outdoor fireplace and a view over the meadows. The Mediterranean-style guesthouse belongs to a castle-farm from 1750, full of historical details and surrounded by a beautiful garden.

Het Kleine Huuske

The Kleine Huuske is a small but complete cottage in our garden. You sleep in a cozy bedstee and wake up in the morning to birdsong. The cottage has a small kitchen that is equipped with an induction hob and a small oven for baking rolls in the morning, for example. There is free WiFi, and a TV with Chromecast so you can watch your own series. Outside, there is a terrace with two chairs, a table and possibly a fire pit.

The perfect place to relax and enjoy the green nature. Hidden in our farmyard, in the middle of the scenic landscape between de cities Deventer, Zutphen and Lochem. You have an unobstructed view from the cottage and you can enjoy this unique place in the hot tub. Changeover days are mostly on monday and friday. We provide bed linen, towels and kitchen supplies. We rent the hot tub separately, ask for it when booking.
