Solbakken Microhouse

The micro house is located in peaceful and scenic surroundings in Solbakken farmyard on Os. In front of the house is Gallery Solbakkestova with its associated sculpture garden that is always open to the public. Around the house goats graze, and you have a view of some free-range chickens, and some alpacas on the other side of the road. The house has terraces on both sides, where it is lovely to sit and take in the surroundings and feel the peace. There are also great hiking trails nearby.

Our house is on a trafficked road where cars drive past, so you will hear traffic. We also live above your space, so you will hear us in the house from time to time. Great apartment of 60 m2. It is 15 minutes to downtown Bergen and 10 minutes to the airport by car. Good bus connections to the city center, 800 meters away. You can definitely get around by public transport, however, a rental car will normally be preferable. The apartment has a living room with a double sofabed, kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double beds, bathroom, private entrance, parking lot and a private terrace with a fantastic sea view and evening sun.

A flat with a spectacular view: Through the big windows, you see the fjord and the mountains, and far away, you can see the glacier. An easy trip from Bergen Center. One hour with a speed passenger ferry from Strandkaiterminalen, Bergen. Or from Flesland Airport, 15 min bus/taxi to Flesland port, and 40 min. to Møkster. The flat is situated a 15-minute walk from the Møkster harbour, 1.2 km. There is a good modern grocery store at the harbour.
