Sonya’s place in South Rochdale felt like home as soon as we entered the front door. The house was so gorgeous and immaculate, the photos don’t do it justice, the beds were super comfortable, and the thoughtful amenities for us and our pet cavoodle Ollie were much appreciated. There is a great little supermarket and coffee shop within walking distance of the house, there are multiple bush reserves nearby for hiking with the dog, and it was an easy drive out to the chandler sporting complex each day. Thank you again for a wonderful stay Sonya, we will definitely rebook next year!

**Review Title:** Perfect Home for Large Groups! I recently stayed at this house with my group and it was a fantastic experience! The space is incredibly spacious, making it perfect for big groups or families. We felt right at home with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. Nestled in the tranquil enclave of Tamborine, this expansive and private residence boasts a stunning pool with panoramic vistas stretching to the Gold Coast hinterland. This wonderful place offers an idyllic retreat from the relentless pace of modern life, providing the perfect sanctuary to disconnect, rejuvenate, and immerse oneself in nature. We were particularly taken by the inviting ambience of the home, which encourages leisurely moments spent within the generous grounds, savoring the breathtaking scenery and serene natural surrounds. Also the balcony affords a spectacular sunrise further enhancing the sense of wonder and tranquility that defines this remarkable getaway. Probably the best place to stay on Mt Tamborine!

Riverbend ranch was absolute dream stay! The photos do not do this home any justice , you have to see it in person. Had the pleasure of hosting our baby shower and the space allowed for our guests to roam around freely , perfect for the kids as well as they had so much space outside to run around and have fun! The home itself was well equipped with heaps of amenities and well decorated rooms and recess spaces. 2nights was not enough , we will definitely be back !

Very nice and affordable for a family of three to stay here, very well maintained and clean. Very close to Hotel Richlands and a few mins walk to the shops. My fav was the walk in rode and a simple and easy washer and dryer. Thank you for the stay!

Maria's place was excellent. There were 5 of us staying for 5 nights, and we were very happy with the place. Clean, well appointed, and easy to live wth. the pool was clean and tidy. The main living area was great. Beds were comfortable. Highly recommended.

We really loved the location of Sammi's place, super close to shops, beach front and restaurants/cafes. Plenty to do, but also a great spot to relax and watch the waves roll in. Everything was accounted for and we felt right at home as soon as we stepped through the doors. Definitely recommend this gem and will return!

We had a really good 4 night stay. Great location, walking distance to everything. Check in was easy, clear pictures on where to find the keys. Good accom if you have little ones as in the cupboard there were a bucket and shovel, scooters and boogie boards provided. The only downside was there was a smell that lingered around the whole time and no hot water the morning we were checking out so could not shower.

Lovely place to stay in a fabulous complex. The apartment was a great open space with all the facilities and equipment you could ask for. Communication with the hosts was always rapid and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Aaron’s place was great. Beds were comfy, you’ll feel right at home. It has an amazing view of the city and the ocean. It’s close to the beach and shops. We had an awesome stay!

Perfect place for a couple getaway! Great location, close to the beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. We watched the sunrise and sunset from the balcony each day! Amazing views. Both hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Till next time!

Perfect spot to explore all the great cafes and restaurants of South Brisbane/West End. Really a convenient and comfortable stay, and Jacqui was so responsive and attentive. Even left me cream in the fridge for coffee, lovely!

This place was very close to everything including restaurants, beach and Pacific Fair is a short walk.
