Gîte de la Gravelle

The Gite de la Gravelle, is a typical independent tufa stone house, with one floor. Located on our property, fully fenced, a parking space is reserved for you. This furnished tourist property sleeps 4 people. A place in the countryside, to rest in peace, you will have a courtyard with garden furniture, a pergola, a barbecue and a wooded meadow. This house of 65 m2, which consists of a living room with TV and free wifi, an equipped kitchen, with a fridge, a stove, a washing machine, a microwave, a coffee maker, an espresso, a kettle, a robot and all the kitchen essentials. On the first floor is a bedroom, with a 140 bed and two 90 beds. (Ability to add a cot and highchair.) A toilet area with a sink, shower, and a separate toilet.

Quiet and tranquil, facing south, the cave " Hauts de Nazelles " overlooks the Loire Valley and receives the sun all day. With its air conditioning , it is pleasant summer and winter ; it is an ideal place to recharge your batteries in the heart of Touraine The cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant a deposit check of 50€ will be requested on arrival

Our cave house is located on the edge of Loches, with a great view of the castle, a private terrace and a barbecue; it can accommodate a couple and possibly two children. Very close to the city center, you can leave your car in the small private parking lot and do everything on foot (10 minutes from the city center). You can also discover magnificent sites: Amboise, Chenonceau, Beauval Zoo, Montrésor… We offer, when we can, breakfast on the 1st day.

Welcome to the Cave of the Mill ! This natural loft is embedded in a limestone clod and will surprise you by its irregularity. It consists of a large kitchen open to the living room and a bedroom with bathroom separated by a sliding garage door. In the bedroom you have a double bed (160 cm) and in the living room a single bed (90 cm) with a non-convertible sofa that can serve as a single bed.
