Less than 10 mins from the airport and 12 -15 from popular areas like Old San Juan, Condado and Isla Verde , Malls, outlets and Markets.

Mall of San Juan is 15 min from the house. Plaza Carolina is 5 minutes away which has grocery store, restaurant and even has a movie theater. This is a really central place everything is really close. We live in a tropical island insects are part of our daily routine. We do pest control every two weeks.
