Great location, on top of a shopping mall was really convenient. The apartment lift is operated by facial recognition with direct lift access to the mall.

Ich war für ein verlängertes Wochenende in Ho Chi Minh. Die Wohnung ist super gelegen und man kann alles Fußläufig erreichen. Das Gebäude ist ziemlich heruntergekommen und nicht sehr sauber. Wenn man aber erstmal in der Wohnung ist fühlt man sich direkt wohl. Kleine, Saubere, gemütliche Wohnung, die alles hat was man für seinen Aufenthalt braucht. Auch eine Waschmaschine mit 20‘ schnell durchlauf (sehr praktisch, wenn man seine T-Shirts schnell voll schwitzt) ist vorhanden. Preis-Leistung ist wirklich super wenn man es mit den Hotels in der Gegend vergleicht, die ein ähnliches Ambiente bieten wollen. Kann die Unterkunft empfehlen und würde sie selber auch wieder nutzen.

We chose this place because it's the only Airbnb in Ho Chi Minh that offers free access to both the pool and gym. At most other Airbnbs, you have to pay for every use, but here, you can use the gym and pool anytime you want at no extra cost. The location is great, it's close to District 1 but situated in a quiet and less busy area. The host is very prompt and efficient, regularly checking in to see how our stay is going and asking if we need anything. We requested extra towels, and they delivered them right away after I messaged Hai Yen. I love the gym equipment, they have everything you need. The only thing missing is music to help motivate gym-goers while working out. The pool is also great, it's large and well-maintained. There's even a Family Mart downstairs, so if you get hungry, you can just head down and grab a snack or meal.

Beautiful Place

Top notch stay in not far from the heart of District 1. The apartment was spacious, clean, and looked just like the photos. The beds were super comfortable and aircon was strong — we always left home feeling super well rested. The hosts were also very responsive and friendly. On the first night someone’s bed had a strange stain on it and the team was super quick to respond, replying immediately sending someone to change the sheets the next day. The apartment complex itself feels super luxurious and secure, featuring amenities like pools, gyms, and even a jacuzzi (though unfortunately didn’t have time to check them out). There was even a Pizza 4P’s outlet right downstairs which was super convenient 😍 Definitely recommend to anyone coming to Saigon!

Mai was a great host. My favorite Air BnB in Vietnam thus far. Very cozy and had all listed amenities. Would stay here again!

I really like and feel comfortable staying at Tom's apartment. Very strategic location, easy to access and privacy. Lots of restaurants and easy to go anywhere. The facilities are complete and I feel like I'm at home. Someday I come to Ho Chi Min City, I want to stay again at Tom's apartment. It was really good accommodation but drinking water was not provided and rest all was ok

Everything felt very clean. Location is great for walking around, especially having multiple convenience stores around and Vincom across the street. Grab was always quick to arrive. It was convenient having a washing machine for our clothing, and we just hung our clothes above the washing machine and it dried very fast with the warm vents. Lots of hangers available to hang your clothes. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Microwave even had a built in oven. Fridge is very spacious and is very cold. Living areas were spacious and clean. Sandals were provided for the condo and lots of shoe storage space. Bathrooms were clean. We liked that the shower was separated from the toilet area, so no wet floors. Bedrooms had comfy beds, although they are a bit harder than what we’re normally used to. Lots of storage space in each bedroom. All AC units were very powerful and cooled down the space quickly. There was one in each bedroom and one in the living area. A great stay!

Thao was probably the friendliest, kindest, and most welcoming host we've ever had. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel completely at home. We had a very minor maintenance issue, and she resolved it immediately. On top of that, we were touched to find a thoughtful gift waiting for us afterwards. Thao was always helpful, responsive, and genuinely cared about making our stay as comfortable as possible. We only moved out because her place was no longer available — otherwise, we would have happily stayed much longer. The building itself is in a great location: peaceful, walkable, with parks, cafés, and a beautiful calming view. Everything about our stay was wonderful. Highly recommended!

Mọi vật dụng trong nhà được chủ nhà chuẩn bị rất chỉn chu, chu đáo và có gu, mang lại cảm giác ấm cúng ,tiện nghi. Không gian yên tĩnh, sạch sẽ, thoáng và chủ nhà rất nhiệt tình. Một staycation rất tuyệt.

Tay was a great host and was extremely responsive. Very nice and peaceful stay with a beautiful view.

I stay at one of Trang’s places every time I visit Saigon. She is very responsive, the locations are excellent, the rooms are clean and spacious.

We booked Ahn's apartment as the location was very convenient for early morning flight. Lovely clean and comfortable apartment with good air-conditioning and TV. Enjoyed wandering the area. Park and restaurants close by, and a mini mart and cafe at the complex. Thanks Ahn. Most appreciated.

My wife and I had a pleasant stay. Spacious, clean, and easily accessible. The Viacom mall was only 100 yards away. We were able to locate many Korean restaurants nearby as well. The host was exceptionally patient and kind, providing all the necessary information for our comfortable stay. I would come back and stay again.

LinDa apartment was awesome. Super clean, well furnished and interior design. You can well that this apartment was set up as home. Highly recommended. On top of that, the location (District 4) is great, since I just needed to cross the Bridge "Cau Mong" to get to District 1 and this just took me like 10 mins by walking. LinDa is super friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely come back.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Annie en famille. L'appartement est spacieux, propre et fonctionnel. Annie est chaleureuse et réactive en cas de besoin. Le seul point négatif, c'est le bruit des travaux du voisinage le matin...

호스트의 응답도 빠르고, 간결하고 편한 숙소입니다. 특히 어린 아이와의 여행에서 낮은 메트리스에서 수면이 가능해서 편안히 잘 수 있었습니다. 주변 롯데마트나 7군, 1군 이동도 가까운 편이고 숙소 건물내에 편의점도 있어 편리합니다.

호스트는 너무나 친절했습니다~ 밤늦은 시간이었는데도 우리 가족을 반갑게 맞이해주었습니다~ 집은 말할 것도 없이 너무나 아늑하고 편안했습니다. 청소해주시는 분 역시 정말 따뜻하고 좋은 분입니다. 마지막 집으로 갈 때 빠진 물건이 있는지 없는지 친절하게 확인해 주었습니다. 너무 감사했어요💕 내년에 또 이 집에 머물고 싶어요~
