Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Long Biên

Had an excellent stay here. Each floor in this near-new building holds a studio apartment, and this unit was as described, spacious and with high ceiling, to give an additional sense of space. Air conditioning was cold and shower was nice and warm. Host Billy was easy to reach and replied quickly to messages. He also offers airport pick-up and drop-off in his nice car, at a price similar to taxis. The house is in a gated community, with no traffic noise. Outside of the peace of the gated community is a very lively and busy working-class neighborhood, with lots of small shops where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables, eggs and similar. There's many cafes and coffee places, HaBeCo beer bars, barbershops, and a large variety of other stores.There are no tourists in the area which I found nice - the main tourists areas such as the old quarter are not far by taxi (Xanh SM is a good app taxi service I found). Overall recommended!

We loved our stay here, it felt like home. Tasteful interior design, cosy space and the Old Quarter is easily walkable. Minh Sâu was so friendly, and helpful and gave us plenty of clear instructions for check-in and check-out. A perfect place to stay.

This apartment was exactly what you'd hope for while staying in the heart of the city. It was clean, spacious, and was centrally located such that we didn't even leave the five blocks around the apartment for our entire four day stay!

Many people who travel around the would, do so for a few reason. To experience other cultures, to experience local food, and to make connections with locals. The world thrives on human connections. Trung is such a pure, kind human being. Always smiling, he made my stay. Even asking if I was feeling ok and he can do anything for me when I woke up late. He wanted to make sure my health and safety were ok. It’s humans like this I want to continue to support. Thank you Trung for being such a friendly host! Besides an amazing person, he place was absolutely perfect! Tuck away in the back of a Main Street and quiet. It was perfect size for a solo travelers or couple. Plus the most comfortable bed I have slept on in Asia in a long time. Spending a little more on great bedding goes a long way. Trust me, I own an Airbnb in the states. Highly recommended! We have no doubt we will be back to see Trung again!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, es gibt eine Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer. Wir konnten sogar die Waschmaschine benutzen. Die Gegend rundherum ist sehr belebt, es gibt viele nette Lokale und Geschäfte in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation läuft sehr gut und schnell. Wir würden die Unterkunft sofort weiterempfehlen.

We worked remotely here for 3 weeks and it was great. The apartment is spacious and functional. The internet works perfectly. The kitchen is stocked well for cooking and the bedroom is very comfortable. The location is easily walkable to most points of interest in Hanoi. Phong was very helpful to get us water as we always drink a lot of it. The weekly apartment cleaning was a nice touch. It is on the 5th floor with no elevator, so make sure before booking this apartment that you are aware of this. We loved the family dinners each week, Phong and Hue are amazing cooks and even better hosts. They were so friendly and helpful the whole time we were there and they made us feel right at home. Thanks for a great stay, we will come back if we return to Hanoi!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks at La’s apartment. It was clean and close to everything. It was also quiet which was great!Very comfy bed and pillows. There is a grocery store right across the street. La was very attentive and proactive in helping us. Would stay here again!

The location is excellent, right in the Old Quarter. Tour buses for Halong Bay and Trang An (booked through travel agencies) were able to pick us up directly from the accommodation. Although the washing machine was broken, the host was very helpful and kindly arranged for our laundry to be washed and returned—really appreciate the thoughtful assistance!

Could not say anything better about my experience with this host. Extremely responsive and accommodating with our early check-in. In terms of the apartment, location was great, very clean, and good for larger groups.

Linh's place is cozy and conveniently located with many great places to visit or eat around. The host is super responsive and helpful during my stay. I would definitely stay at her place next time in town.

Great location. Unit was as described. You enter through the barber shop, which was interesting. The first floor was one bedroom that had an attached bath and a lockable door. The second floor was the common area that had a couch and a couple of chairs and a television. Third floor was a second bedroom that was rather large with an attached bath. And the forth floor was a small bedroom. Each bedroom had a balcony, which would have been really nice had it not been so warm out. The bedrooms on the third and 4th floor do not have doors, so not as much privacy. We had two couples and used the first and third floors, so no issue. Host was very responsive and helpful. I would recommend staying here and would stay here again!

Rosie’s place was so wonderful that my friends and I decided to stay for a couple extra days. Rosie was very welcoming and accommodating for our itinerary change. She included us in the first full moon celebration with delicious sweets and fruits delivered to our place. Thanks for included us Rosie. The only thing I forgot in my previous review was to mention how great it was to have a washing machine for laundry. Works well and very clean. Each room 101/201/301 have patios with furniture for sitting to enjoy coffee with friends. The top deck 301 was a perfect get together place for my friends and I. We spent a few hours here hanging out and enjoying the street views of Hanoi :-)

Absolutely loved our stay at this place! It was incredibly clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, and communication with was excellent. Site located to some sort of military area so very protected and safe. Gorgeous view to colonial house. Super quiet as well so can sleep peacefully. Highly recommend!

Đây là lần thứ 2 mình ở với Lubi. Mình vẫn rất hài lòng 🤗 Studio rất rộng rãi! Mọi thứ đều hoạt động rất tốt. Trong nhà tắm có sẵn bàn chải, kem đánh răng, tăm bông và tất nhiên là khăn tắm cho khách. Về phần vệ sinh : có 1 vài ngăn tủ mình thấy hơi bụi nên ko sử dụng ; tủ lạnh có mùi sầu riêng hơi nặng, mình nghĩ là nên để 1 viên khử mùi trong tủ. Nhìn chung thì studio vẫn sạch sẽ nha. Vị trí của Lubi cực kỳ thuận tiện, chỉ cần đi bộ tầm 10' là đã đến hồ Hoàn Kiếm. Khu vực của Lubi khá yên tĩnh, không ồn ào như phu phố cổ. Đường trước nhà rất rộng rãi, dễ dàng đón taxi. Quá trình check in và check out rất dễ dàng. Châu gần như luôn luôn online và sẵn sàng giúp đỡ qua điện thoại (WA). Thậm chí khi mình hỏi thông tin để thuê xe đi du lịch Ninh Bình hay Cúc Phương thì Châu cũng trả lời ngay lập tức luôn 🥰 Mình đã để lại hành lý ngày cuối cùng ở tầng trệt để đi thăm Hà Nội trước khi lên máy bay. Rất cảm ơn chủ nhà Châu vì tất cả ❤️

Lovely place. The staff at the building were all very nice and considerate. I'd choose this place over newer apartments without room service and concierge service any day. The serenity is also hard to find in Hanoi.

Had a wonderful stay. The location was great; Close to the old quarter. Kevin was very responsive and super kind.

It’s a gorgeous room in an old French villa, located just few steps from the “Hanoi Hilton”, few other must-visits and some of the best restaurants in town. I rented the room for five nights and the host was always responsive to every inquiries or requests that I had during my stay. Strongly recommended.

The apartment is centrally located in Ocean Park 1, S209 building, 3d floor, green plants on the balcony give privacy and you can overlook playground from the window that makes it very convenient for families with kids. Kids room has a bunk bed for 3 kids (twin above full) and a table. Washing machine was of much help to us. All grocery shops and restaurants are right in the same building. Free bus will take you to 2 water parks, Mega Mall and Grand World. Ocean Park is a great area to walk, lots of playgrounds, very secure, swimming pools indoor (year round) and outdoor (till November 15th). Big fridge, microwave. Mattress on the bunk is very hard, but main bedroom has a nice queen bed. A/C works great. Thank you, dear host, for always being in touch and helping us with all our requests.
