The 30 sqm bright apartment is located in the popular Darmstadt Martinsviertel. It was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2016. There is a separate entrance/exit to the apartment from the street. Guests are welcome to go out into the garden to relax. The tram to the main train station and the city, the city center and the Technical University of Darmstadt can be reached within 10 minutes. The apartment is rented by us for 2 days to a maximum of 1 month.

Idyllic vacation home in the Odenwald

Visit us in our newly renovated vacation home on the over 1000 m² property with directly adjacent stream, covered balcony and large garden area! The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. The apartment is located in a quiet residential street, between Darmstadt and Weiterstadt. It is well connected to public transportation (RMV). In our street (approx. 3-minute walk), the bus runs every 30 minutes. The F bus can be reached in approx. 10 minutes, it runs every 15 minutes. Darmstadt central train station is less than 2.5 km away. Likewise, the connection to the highway. Frankfurt can be reached in 20 minutes. The Loop 5 shopping center is nearby.

Gardenview

You live in your own little house with private entrance. It has a toilet, sink and shower, sauna on request (€20 extra) and a small, beautiful garden. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed (1.4 × 2 m), TV, DVD and a good stereo system. There is another sleeping accommodation (2 x 2 m) in the upper area. It is a private household. We are happy to have guests and always try to provide a personal welcome.

My boathouse - time out without other guests

My boathouse is a place of rest and relaxation. It invites you to be completely for yourself, to forget everyday life is located in a small village between Darmstadt and Frankfurt. A loft with fireplace, sauna, 12-meter pool and garden. Individual gastronomic care can be booked. You can also cook in the fully equipped boathouse kitchen. Arriving by car is easy and safe parking on site is included.

EschApart

22 minutes from the airport, the fully equipped apartment with private access (1 bedroom with a box spring double bed, 1 combined kitchen/living room, bathroom and wardrobe) is super central yet quiet in the popular district of Groß-Gerau. Public parking is available free of charge. The apartment, which is half in the basement, is south facing and therefore bright and friendly.
