This tastefully decorated and bright house is equipped with all comforts, including living room with spacious conservatory, fireplace, new modern kitchen, beautiful tiled floor with underfloor heating, 2 bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. There's a big garden on the south. The beautiful beach is within walking distance. Our house is located on the 4 star bungalow park "Kijkduinpark" where you can use the facilities: indoor swimming pool, supermarket, restaurant, playground, trampoline and bike rental.

Dit chalet is binnen 6x4 en voorzien van keuken (met magnetron-oven en koelkast), badkamer met douche en toilet, een knusse bedstee (1.40m x 2.00 met een opstapje) en voldoende bergruimte. Het ruime, overkapte terras van 6x3 meter (westen) betrek je gemakkelijk bij de leefruimte. Je zit echt áán het (zwem)water van de schone plas. Goed bereikbaar (20km van Amsterdam, 15 van Utrecht, 3 van de A2). Fietsen beschikbaar; accu's, sloep en zeilboot te huur. ZIE "WAAR JE ZULT VERBLIJVEN" VOOR INFO!

Gelegen op het kindvriendelijk Kijkduinpark, met binnenzwembad, 600 meter van het strand, 1 km via duinen naar de gezellige boulevard van Kijkduin, 9km naar het centrum van Den Haag, mooie fietsroutes naar Delft, Rotterdam, Hoek van Holland.

Lodge at the waterfront, 10 min from Amsterdam

Ilpendam is a picturesque village in Waterland, 8 km north of Amsterdam. We have the advantages of the countryside, on the other hand we are in 10 min by car or bus to the A'dam Metro! After a hectic day in the city, you can relax here in nature. There is a large wooden deck on the water with table and chairs. Here you can swim if you like or paddle with our borrowed canoes. There's also a terrace in front of the house, with a table and 3 chairs where you can have breakfast in the morning sun.

Cosy & comfortable houseboat apartment for a couple or 2 friends. Offering private entrance, living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom. The light and very well insulated 35m2 studio is situated in the former sailors cabin of coaster Mado. On top you’ll have your private deck located directly on the local swimming pond with magnificent view over the harbor. Just 1-5 minutes walking to lot’s of bars, restaurants, shopping mall and bus + tramlines direct to historical center.

Relax with the whole family in this lovely holiday home. Within walking distance of the beach and Grevelingen Lake. In the middle of the Slikken van Flakkee nature reserve. Ideal for walking/cycling. Spot seals or wild flamingos! Two large marinas. Child-friendly house, completely renovated in recent years. Everything includes bed linen, towels, kitchen towels, air conditioning, gas and electricity. No need to bring anything. Just a good mood. With 2 families? Rent our other cottage there!

The 40m2 guesthouse is located in recreation area "Spaarnwoude", (3 persons in the house and we can host 2 extra persons (kids) in a caravan) included season shared pool and with a all year around outside hottub close to the beach of IJmuiden/Zandvoort and train-busstation Amsterdam Sloterdijk (15min). Activities nearby: SnowPlanet, a golfcourse, horse riding, harbour and water activities. Bus 382 stops nearby. Ruigoord is close. Beautiful Bali-style design. We have an outdoor trampoline.

Our home is a completely renovated dike house from 1889, and your room has beautiful views of the Gouwzee and in the evening, you can see the lights of Monnickendam. After a good night's rest, you will enjoy your own wonderful waterfront terrace. Your apartment has its own entrance and is on the second floor of our beautiful house. Be aware that there is NO kitchen.

Very central to Keukenhof, Noordwijk (10 min.), Amsterdam (25 min.), Leiden (15 min.), and The Hague (25 min.). Spacious and bright apartment with private patio/terrace, adjacent to the beautiful garden, in which is also the pool that you can use (not private use). The well-equipped kitchen and living room, and separate spacious bedroom and bathroom are full of comforts. Private entrance (from the outside of the house). The Jacuzzi can only be used by you. Parking on private property.

Bohemian : include boat, supboards and pool

Discover adventurous outdoor living in this oasis of tranquillity by the water! Only accessible by boat and boat is included (see photo), We always check you in personally and sail our own boat with you from the car park to the cottage in 5 minutes. Where we then explain a few things about the cottage and its surroundings. We are also at your disposal with a fast boat in case of emergencies. We ask an extra deposit for the boat of € 500,- because Airbnb does not insure it.

Beautifully located in Santpoort Zuid near the beaches of Bloemendaal, Zandvoort, and Ijmuiden. At the entrance to the Kennemerduinen dunes. Also within cycling distance: Haarlem, the best shopping city in the Netherlands, with its many restaurants and cozy pubs. Easily accessible by train and only 30 minutes from Amsterdam city center.
